B&B in dismal industrial area by noisy A road. Room dirty, bathroom filthy, toilet not fixed to wall properly, old sponge in shower, breakfast order wrong, no sleep (paper-thin walls) due to very noisy people in next room. Pillows gross, carpet gross. Hairs on skirting board in bathroom.

Dirty, Dingy and Dismal

We booked for 1 night as we needed a rest before driving to Heathrow Airport the next day .
The rooms are all on the ground floor and are accessed from a corridor running along the front of the Building . The room was quite spacious and modern and was well equipped however we did notice that the Cleanliness was a bit off. A sponge had been left in the sink , and the Shower screen had quite a bit of Soap Scum on the glass . The entrance Hallway had a door into the Bedroom area and the light in this hallway was on a Motion sensor , which is fine however the light continually came on during the night so we had to put towels around the door to block out the light as it kept us awake . 
Breakfast was a full English but needed to be ordered the night before and was average.

Nice but not quite right.

A family of 4 2adults and 2children only stayed 1 night (wished it could of been more)at the end of July for a friends wedding. On arrival we was greeted by the owner and his wife they were very friendly we arrived early after emailing the owner to ask them if this was ok nothing was to much trouble for them.They then showed us to our room it was an annex everything you could possibly want it was beautiful.We notice an issue with the beds( not enough)there was a double and a single  we didn't realise there was a fold up bed in the corner the couple offered to put it up but we was in a rush to get to wedding so we said we would do it when we returned.When we returned from the wedding later that evening the bed was made up for us with beautiful crisp sheets this was very much appreciated and thought it was a lovely gesture.
We stayed bed and breakfast the breakfast was lovely a full English there was also a little table with all different kinds of cereal and fruit juices the owner and his wife made us feel so welcome and it was a beautiful place to stay.
This place is a little gem we will definitely be returning at some point.
