This property is well run and the rooms very clean. The property manager Ann is just lovely, very easy to communicate with and will go out of her way to make your stay just perfect.
Easy check in and checking out. Plenty of free parking. A small easy walk to all attractions and restaurants

Easy and without fuss, room only.  Well made up daily unobtrusive staff.  The place is well situated , short walk to various cafes etc.
I cannot think of anything else to say, the place was fine when we got there after a drive around Hereford. I hope thats enough charachters now ???

Clean and convenient.

Excellent place for an overnight stay. Staff very good at communicating via email in advance when booking & were able to accommodate changes as needed. Very friendly on arrival and the rooms were perfect- clean with comfy beds and all the amenities. Car park very useful. We all had a great time- thanks so much.

Great clean guest house - very welcoming and accommodating of needs

Super clean room, comfortable bed,and a good powered shower. which was all perfect for our very short stay.  Got good advice and assistance from Alison , and  Ann.  We booked Kidwells following a recommendation from a friend, it was a good recommendation and Im happy to forward that . Thank you

Arrived early with plenty of room on the car park, was warmly welcomed by Alice who happily showed us to our room #2 and gave lots of local knowledge for our short stay 
Checking-In was quick and easy
Room #2 was small but adequately equipped with double doors opening onto the balcony which made up for the lack of space in the room
When we returned, a cold drink from the Bar/Fridge was most welcome on a very warm/hot evening sat out on the balcony
Sadly we could not give full details of the bed as we just sleep on top due to the very hot night
The buffet breakfast was most excellent, a perfect start to the day
Cheeking-Out and settling our bill was also quick and easy
We would happily stay here again when next in the area

Spot on  

This was a pleasant surprise and exceeded our expectations. On arrival we were greeted by Maria who assisted with us changing to a room with a double bed, I’d booked a twin by mistake. The guest house has a variety of rooms and we opted to have a room with its own little court yard. The room, bathroom and patio area were spotlessly clean, warm and welcoming. Great tea and coffee facilities and the breakfast was amazing, thanks to Anne. A nice touch was that you had the option to purchase snacks and drinks, alcoholic/ none alcoholic drinks from the bar area. Maria was extremely helpful and very friendly providing us with all the information we needed for a comfy stay, even giving us a street map of the town. Everything was in easy walking distance and the parking area was ample. All in all great central location, great spotlessly clean guesthouse, value for money and fantastic service. We have booked to come again.

Excellent value for money

This is a well run B&B in a city centre, yet with plenty of parking and a garden to relax in , both at the rear of the properties. There is a useful street map of Hereford on the wall near the breakfast room. My room had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Breakfast was a  cold and hot buffet with the option to order porridge and freshly cooked eggs. The owner and staff are pleasant and hard working. It is an easy walk into the centre of the city and I enjoyed attending the service in the Cathedral. Kidwells is good value for money.

Good value in a central location

Very nice 2 day stay,friendly owners and staff,could not do enough for you,very clean rooms and eating area,buffet breakfast was superb.guest house is a short walk to city centre,ideally located.would definitely recommend kidwells house and would not hesitate in staying here again,really lovely stay.

Great guest house

Great location, room was clean, tidy and comfortable. Anne ensured the door entry codes were sent through ahead of my arrival. 
Car parking was a great bonus, I was a little disappointed that breakfast is no longer available at Kidwells House.
