First time staying in a Premier Inn.

We booked three rooms for our party. They were exceptional clean and spacious.

The receptionist on our arrival and departure was Sara, what a wonderful asset to your hotel. Very cheerful, wonderfully helpful. 

Thank you for our stay. It won't be our last with your hotel chain.

Wonderful experience

Teriffic nights sleep, bed very comfortable- the room was clean and breakfast ok.  Hotel is in the centre of town, close to both train and bus stations, large shopping centre is just a few minutes walk from the hotel.  All communal areas within the hotel were welcoming and clean.

Great for stop over

Very central clean and tidy hotel, with a very good service. The staff was super helpful and accommodating however the breakfast could be improved . Although handy location for Shopping it doesn't feel safe at all times 

Nice accomodation

The reception team were welcoming enough. The room was clean. I booked an hotel stay to get away the noise of new years fireworks and I achieved that. Overall a pleasant experience. Thank you HW team!

Clean

It was okay overall but I was expecting a little more. There were no ironing facility and I could not open the room window which was okay but there was this weird screen in the window which was making it claustrophobic. 

Fair stay

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was extensive and very good quality.

Having said that, the lack of signage trying to find the way into the hotel was frustrating. The lack of signage also extended to the car park.

On the subject of the car park, a word to the wise. Only pay for one night at a time because there is no guarantee of finding a space when you return!

Reasonable place to stay

The room was very dirty and smelling and found a pet or dirty Nickerson the side of the bed . Someone my have got sick as they was a big stain of unclean dried up sickness they didn’t even bother cleaning it they just cover it up by pushing one of the single bed over it 🤮🤮

It's just like all other Premier Inns... which is a compliment... large, clean, comfortable, room; friendly staff, zero fuss or bother. Hotel is right in the middle of town, next to a large Sainsbury's, which is handy. Parking is cheap and next to the hotel. Good draught beer in the bar.

Great

We stayed at this hotel back in 2021, to our surprise the staff remembered us. They are lovely and very attentive, we asked for additional pillows and they arrived at the room before we did. Room was clean and spacious although did have a suspicious smell of cigarette smoke.. couldn't fault the hotel at all.  My only gripe at premier inns' is that the bedding is always so thick and warm and the A/C isn't that great and seems to reset itself to default 22c throughout the night. 

Good hotel, would recommend. 

Stayed here as it was the cheapest option when visiting family. On arrival, managed to get the last space in the car park but saw the multi storey alternative is only a couple of mins walk away. Easy check in, then in our room we discovered a little gift to welcome us back as we hadn't stayed with Premier Inn since covid, including colouring for the children which was useful at dinner time! 
We had planned to wander into town for dinner but couldn't be bothered so ate in the hotel restaurant - food was actually pretty good and wine reasonably priced.
All in all excellent value for money
