What was bad

Up keep of room and sad to say but the guy waiter in breakfast although pleasant and friendly really needs to write orders down.. Gave coffee to the wrong person got both of our food orders incorrect and wasn't clearing tables as they left because it was the end of service... and we as a couple were the only 2 ppl in there.. Dont get me wrong he was pleasant but defo needs some more training and standards need improving..
