Great views while eating a freshly made breakfast with sourdough bread. The quality of food was great. I enjoyed my breakfast.  The night staff and restaurant staff were friendly and shared information about the local area.  The room was clean, warm and cosy   A nice night's sleep.

Sourdough great choice!

Very enjoyable stay. Comfy bed & quiet rooms. Staff were very friendly & helpful. Great breakfast. Will definitely stay here again. Also the cost of staying here including breakfast, very reasonable. In walking distance of The Deep. Very convenient location.

Very comfortable & quiet rooms

Absolutely amazing hotel, Grant the duty manager is fantastic,  his customer service is 2nd to none, totally dedicated to making your stay pleasurable. 11 out of 10 for grant. Room so comfortable and clean. Food in restaurant amazing. Really an excellent enjoyable stay

Great stay

A great welcome by the staff who went out of their way to help. The lad on nights on 30th Sep was excetionally helpful, He provied me and my wife with a snack long after the restaraunt had closed. A great night sleep, confortable and welcoming. Thanks to all. Oh and a brilliant breakfast..

Excellent all round

Great stay, value for money. The staff really make this hotel they were amazing, such a warm welcome and so helpful. Will definitely be staying here again if we are coming to the area. Also very child friendly.

Family break

On arrival at the hotel the parkins is plentiful with an overspill carpark. The reception is located on an upper floor so there is a lift or a stairs. The staff are brilliant, friendly and treat guests like friends rather than customers even though the are busy with their duties they are attentive and informed about the hotel and the surrounding area. The rooms were comfortable, clean and the water was hot and plenty of pressure in the shower. The only down side is the place could do with more lifts.

Great trip

This is a great review however lets just get this out the way first. (ROOM - lush sleep, soft bed, but you know your in a city centre hotel that appeals to the party crowd so the room was ok. Small tv, bathwater hot enough to bath but if you want a hot hot bath, nope. Room cleanliness, housekeeping could have done more as there was dirt on the toilet within the edge just under the bowl and remnants of someone's hair in corner of the mirror. It's dated but then again, if your there to party you just want a sleep.)

Parking very secure and plenty of spaces.

Now to the best bits. The Deputy Manager Grant is a loveable character with a friendly personality, when I arrived I saw him making this little boys day by giving him a key card and a free ice cream, his Mother in the lift was well impressed by the staff.

The receptionist "Sapphire" was extremely friendly and had me checked in with no trouble.

The young lady who was waiting on the tables in the evening on this date (name escapes me) again continued the friendly relaxed atmosphere and before I knew it a glass of wine was in my hand. 

I was on the famous meal deal which is great value and I added quite a few extra items which were all beautifully prepared - I like my steak medium rate with garlic sauce which is not on the menu. I mentioned to the waitress that I have this quite a bit when I stay at a Premier Inn and asked the chef if he wanted to try and be the best meal deal cooker.... as you can see from the picture he did an amazing job - it really was delicious and it had Garlic sauce. 

Grant the Manager also popped over to check all was good and we also had a nice chat. 

Breakfast the next day was buffet and excellent however as I had stayed in a few Premier Inns for the last few days you can only enjoy so many cooked breakfasts. 

I will be back and I hope the Management recognise the staff and the waitress. 

One Hull of a Steak

Friendly staff, comfortable room, free parking. This is our go-to when we take a trip to Hull. You can drop the car before check in time and explore and the hotel is clean, tidy and friendly. The bed is sizeable and super comfy. Only downsides this stay was that our room was a bit brown and bland with no radiators and scaffolding obscured our view. Will definitely be back to stay again as it’s top value for a comfy stay.

Clean and comfy budget stay

Comfortable stay in central location. Accessible to city centre and attractions.Clean and comfortable rooms.  Excellent customer service . Checking in and out was straightforward. The breakfasts were excellent. Major renovation is a bit off-putting but can be ignored. TV and WiFi reception could be better . Would definitely stay there again.

Excellent Customer Service

Room was lovely on arrival. Very clean (my perfectionistic eye could see minor missed details on the toilet and in-between the tiles however that is very harsh to most people!). Whilst we were here only one of the three lifts were working which did impact on the stay and scaffolding up which did leave a sense of worry and blocked any off of view from the room. Baylis and Harding soap a lovely surprise! Bed ok. When you lay on it felt comfy but sleep was poor compared with our mattress at home. Room was little hot- but that is on me really- so this impacted sleep… If I’d managed to be more proficient at using the heating thingy would of probably been much better.
