This is the strangest place I have ever stayed. Didn't see one member of staff the whole time. They emailed me the front door security code and the code to unlock the key holder outside my room. To be fair this worked perfectly. 

This complex is situated in lovely grounds with tons of free parking. The building used to be a convent and a lot of the original wood work remains including pews in the conference room and brown varnished wood every where.

The actual room I stayed in was modern, newly decorated and extremely sparse. No wardrobe, just a metal frame to hang your clothes, no desk to sit at to use your laptop and not even a glass in the shower room to rinse your mouth out. Having said that the bed was very comfy and wifi full strength.

To summarise this is a cheap and very clean place to stay, but not for families. Students and solo travellers are their target customers.

Highly recomended for students and single travellers.

This plane is not a hotel and that needs to be made clear. 

Rooms are immaculately clean , warm and shower  is second to none. 

Walls are paper thin , I could hear the very well spoken foreign chap in the next room talking to his family back in wherever at 2am in the morning … heard him taking a wee , cough , every movement . 
My bed was moderate at best. No facilities in room , no drinks tray or kettle, no toiletries in bathroom , I mean literally nothing. 

You get in the place by following instructions on a text message , key pads , punch numbers in etc … 
No reception , no food or bar area , no staff at all. 

Lots of good reviews about the place but not for me. I prefer a proper hotel.

Not my kind of place

Lasted about 5 minutes in the room as the smell of the pillows was making me heave. Nobody answered phone and no night porter. 
I know it’s a budget hotel but there should be certain standards which suit most people.
So bad I had to move to another hotel.

Absolutely appalling as the smell was overpowering.

Endsleigh park provides lodging but is not a hotel as advertised. Old and shabby building. Pews in the dining room similar to inside of a church. Shared bathroom and wash facilities. No restaurant etc, just shared kitchen facilities to make own food. No Wi-Fi available during my stay. Feel that it was advertised incorrectly as a hotel

Disappointing 

Lovely building and grounds, great room with  comfy bed.
Spotless bathroom with large shower.                       Staff very polite and friendly,nothing too much trouble for them.              Check in very easy,all information required sent to you via email hours before your check in.                                  Would highly recommend. 



Lovely building, great room, exceptional staff

Having stayed in Hull on numerous occasions I never realised there was a hotel steeped in so much history in Hull. The hotel and its staff were so professional and accommodating and the grounds were beautiful. I'd highly recommend this to anyone. 

Beautiful

I stayed for 5 nights due to living on the outskirts of Hull and wanted somewhere near the centre to attend a course for work at an affordable price.

I checked into a double en-suite room over looking the front grounds. 
I  found it clean, comfortable and liked the contactless check in after a long stressful day and got to know some great fellow guests whilst using the guest kitchen, which I thought was great as didn’t want to eat out on my own. 
I felt a sense of community which made being away from home easier with me not living to far away. 
I also liked the quirky character of the place and got to sit in the grounds on an evening. 
The staff were very friendly and made me feel welcome especially with me been by myself. 
Thank you once again for the welcoming hospitality.

Comfortable Stay

This place is horrible to be honest. My room doesn't have the basics like a chair or desk.  There's not even a kettle for making a brew. The bed isn't that comfy and seems smaller than a single bed. I'm on the second floor, up in the rafters and my room doesn't have a window to let fresh air in, all there is is a non opening VELUX type window that doesn't have a blind so I was woken at 5am by light blazing through it. The picture I've added was taken at 5am... Can't wait to leave...

Look for somewhere else...

First of all, although it is described as a boutique hotel, it is not a hotel.

Although the building has some history, it is clear it is unloved, the grounds particularly look very shabby.

The room was sparse. They had just managed to squeeze in a double bed. They advertise a wardrobe but there isn’t one, it’s a freestanding clothes rail, with wire coat hangers. The desk is an old school desk, only big enough for a child with a plastic chair no longer of any use to a doctors surgery.

The bathroom is so small that when you use the toilet you have to sit side on as there is about six inches between the toilet and the facing wall.

There are no tea or coffee making facilities in the room so you have to go down 2 flights of stairs to a communal kitchen - but why are you going to keep your provisions there when management have signs saying there have been issues with items being stolen.

From previous reviews, there have clearly been issues with some of the residents and I suspect the hotel is using a lot of the rooms to provide housing to meet government need. Reception was often unattended and the front door was often left open posing a security risk.

I would not stay here again and definitely would not recommend

Not a boutique hotel

Horrible experience I've never felt so scared in my life this is not a hotel we went away for my sisters hen do we are not young hens lol night one was lovely we soon realised that it's not a hotel but met some lovely people living there on night one night two was so different we had drunken men fighting we went into the conservatory and tried to order food asked them to turn the music down to be sworn at and then intimated for the rest of the time in there.We all decided to go to bed ten of us that's why it's frightening one of the men followed us and we were in a room away from the others my daughter ran in and ran to the loo I turned round and one man was in my room and face.There is only a night porter on who did is best but is not security he went back to are room to find him trying the other doors and are keys missing so are second night was 3 hours with a night porter sat outside are room.We are now nearly 4 weeks later no sorry or anything from the manager or anyone to do with this hotel or maybe hostel because that's what this is.If your female single or group I'd avoid at all cost.
