A last minute stay at this beautiful old farmhouse.

Peaceful, clean and comfortable accommodation.

Off the beaten track but just five minutes drive from the shops, pubs and restaurants of Market Rasen.

Peaceful rural location

We had a spur of the moment stay at this farmhouse, the hosts were very friendly and the place was lovely and clean, their garden on the other hand is something else entirely.
Absolutely beautiful garden and pond area, you could have been at Chelsea flower show and not seen better, book now..

Beautiful b+b in Lincolnshire

Spent a four night stay at East Farn House whilst on business at Market Rasen racecourse.
Gill and Jim are excellent hosts at this working farm, greeting me with a much needed cup of tea and home made cake.
The on suite room over looked the beautiful countryside and was extremely comfortable.
An early breakfast was no problem with the full English comprising of tasty local product and eggs from their own hens.
The dining room looks out on to the pond that has plenty of wildlife on it to keep you amused whilst having breakfast.
Just a short distance from Market Rasen and the racecourse I can throughly recommend East Farm House for both comfort and value for money.

Peace and quiet in the middle of the Lincolnshire countryside

Set in the middle of nowhere this is a gem of a house. The rooms were large and ample for us all.

We (10 of us) used all the rooms available and although it was a larger booking than they usually take nothing was to much hassle. We did however arrive late, 6.30 then left for a party at 8 and upon our return at midnight had to lock up. It was then up for breakfast and leave which in all and unfortunately didn't give us much time with our hosts. At the times we did meet them they were pleasant and welcoming although I had the sense that they are possibly a bit fed up of the whole B&B life.

The house is beautiful and clean, the rooms are large and bathrooms/en suite were more than suitable. Breakfast was delicious. All together a lovely place but probably more suited for older guests seeking a relaxing break or discovering the area.

Beautiful house and location

This is a working farm. The farmhouse is eighteenth century but the room with ensuite facilities if twenty first century. The breakfast was well up to standard and the hospitality friendly and welcoming, unpretentious and helpful.
