This seaside B&B has an unusual arrangement. The rooms are like chalets in the back garden. Very comfortable, nicely furnished.  You can breakfast in the garden or in the house. Breakfast was fine. Good value. 

Interesting B&B

I have just spent two nights at Ashleigh Lodge while playing in a croquet tournament just round the corner. John and Liz were most welcoming, I had a spotlessly clean room in the main house, and my breakfasts were absolutely wonderful. It is a short walk into the town and seafront. I would thoroughly recommend it. The chalets in the garden looked very cosy.

An excellent place to stay

The accommodation was really good and comfortable and had the addition of a garden where you could sit and enjoy other peoples company and even breakfast if that's what you fancy. The breakfast couldn't be bettered. There was a very wide choice ranging from a full English through fresh fruit to toast and cereal. Wonderful. All overseen by our lovely, welcoming hosts John and Liz.



A weekend in Norfolk

Beautiful guest house we stayed in a lodge in the garden which spotlessly clean very good size bedroom and Lovely large bathroom with walk in shower. One of the best breakfasts we have had staying in guest houses and hotels!! Breakfast freshly cooked and delicious, nothing was too much for John and Liz who run the place and would definitely recommend and we will definitely go back for another stay 

Great place to stay

Just returned from Ashleigh lodge and can't speak highly enough everything was perfect.Fantastic hosts spotlessly clean everywhere lovely breakfast and close to amenities would stay again in a heartbeat 💓

Sunny hunny

Ashleigh Lodge was easy to find, and once there it was a fantastic experience from beginning to end. John & Liz made us all feel truly welcome. The lodge was impressive immaculate and intimate , it was like home from home. The ‘piece de resistance’ was the wonderful breakfast which we all enjoyed as well as any we have ever had. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else when visiting Hunstanton.

The only place in Hunstanton to stay

We stopped in the cabins outside in the gardens because we had brought our dogs 
We knew wot to expect as we stopped here before 
The room was lovely and spacious and even had a fridge 
Our hosts John and liz are so nice John was doing the cooking as he a chef by trade and liz looked after us very well and even set the table in the garden up for us

2nd stay here as good as the 1st

John and Liz were very welcoming, clean rooms and relaxing outdoor area with fishpond. All facilities you'd need, fridge very handy in the room. It was very warm weather, the room had a welcome fan provided. Super close to the beach which was the reason I booked 2 nights.

Lovely bnb

Excellent room, friendly staff, everything you could want for breakfast. Very comfortable bed. Tea, coffee and biscuits provided and fresh milk in the fridge. Our dog was happy too!

All good

We originally booked for 2 nights, but we asked if we could have an extra night and John and Liz accepted, which made us really happy and put the stay off to a good start, we also had a little dilemma at the start, but they helped us as soon as we rang them. The room was also fabulous, warm, clean, cozy, a comfortable bed, the mini-fridge was very useful, a tv which was a good size for us, and many more reasons.

Breakfast was also amazing, we loved the system of being given choices on what to have for breakfast and then handing it in, we think it worked amazingly, mainly, breakfast was really nice, anything additional we asked for John and Liz helped us with, put the day off to a good start with a good breakfast.

Even when we would randomly see John or Liz around the lodge doing something, they would stop and have a conversation with us and always gave us some good advice on what to do and it was always useful.

The room was amazing, Breakfast was amazing, John and Liz were lovely and made us feel really welcome and we will definitely come back.
