The two bedroom third floor flat is accessed by quite steep stairs which turn at the top so not good for anyone with mobility problems. Bathroom is a little jaded  in finish but other than that we were delighted with the high quality and comfort of the apartment. The house is situated in a very quiet area with plenty of room outside for street parking.
It only takes a couple of minutes to walk to the sea front and miles of beautiful and changing beaches await your pleasure. 
Sainsburys and Tesco close by and numerous delicatessen shops within a few miles along the coast.
We are thinking of returning again later this year.

Great location with easy access for walking the coast

On arrival, we phoned the number given but no answer, rang doorbells & ended up going to the hairdressers next door who told us the key code. The place was clean, beds comfy, good location but the kitchen utensils were severely lacking...no chopping board, no decent sharp knife & minimal utensils....it would not be possible to cook a breakfast or do a meal from scratch. No soap or hand-wash in the bathroom! Welcome book seriously needs updating....still says that electricity needs paying for. Changes can be made for minimal cost but make a big difference to people's perception of value. 

Could be a lot better 

Booked this for me and my mum for her birthday. Easy parking outside and a convenience shop a few doors away. One arrival was told to ring number but no answer straight away. Woman came out when see saw me walking round the back. Apartment was very clean.A bit of carpet sticking up on top of stairs which I reported. Beds comfortable. And sofas very comfy. Good location just minutes away from the beach and town centre. Also a bus stop a few minutes away. Overall nice apartment good location 

Two Nights

After arriving at the apartment phoned the telephone number we had been given to access key to flat , the number is that of a restaurant. Was told how to access key in a key safe near door. The lady on the phone said "oh, by the way , payment has not been taken for your stay yet, could you come down to the restaurant to pay?". I replied that i would go round after dropping cases off. Key was not in key safe, it was on the floor.  On entering the flat we noticed there were bags of rubbish on the kitchen work surfaces, wet towels in the bathroom and unmade beds.. The explanation when we called was that the cleaner had obviously not turned up.  The lady said that she would arrange a cleaner as soon as possible. We sat in the lounge for 4 HOURS!!! getting sporadic phonecalls because the signal was so bad.  At 6pm a lady pulled up in a car with a cleaner, let her in and then drove off, with no explanations, apologies or anything. I phoned the number again, asked for an explanation and was told it was not her problem it was not even her flat, it was her mother in laws., and gave us another phone number. Spoke to this lady who was very arrogant and rude. She also stated that the daughter in law we spoke to should not have requested payment from us , but then in a further phone call called us liars for saying the daughter in law had requested the money.  Due to the fact that we had basically lost our day we suggested that there should be a reduction in the price charged upon which the lady hung up on us. She rang back a while later with no apologies whatsoever and told us that we either paid the full amount or got out.  I am afraid that we were so disgusted by the attitude of the person that we picked our bags up and walked out.  I have stayed in a lot of places and i have never been spoken to so rudely.  Thank goodness I had not walked around to the restaurant to pay.

absolutely awful experience

We had both the 1 and 2 bed apartments for the weekend and they were great!
The flats were very clean and had everything we needed. The rooms are large and the linen was all spotless. Added bonus of having lots of towels as well, so no need to bring your own! 
The location is perfect, its nestled on a quiet street and from the 2 bed apartment you have fabulous sea views. Plenty of street parking and very quiet. 

If we visited again we would definitely stay here!
