This was my 5th visit to stay with Shella at her Invernevis B&B, & the 2nd for both my travelling colleagues.

Shella is an excellent host, the rooms are very good and so is breakfast, served in a very pleasant & well decorated dining room.

Nothing is too much trouble & she even booked a taxi to take myself & 2 colleagues, one of whom has difficulty walking, into Inverness center for a very enjoyable dinner at "The Mustard Seed" 

Excellent & I would not hesitate to stay again on any future visits to the area.

Had a lovely stay , host very welcoming, and nothing too much trouble. Bikes parked securley. Comfy rooms and had every thing you could ask for. Walking distance from town and canal. Would definately stay here again

The reccomdation to contact and visit Invernevis B&B proved to be well founded. Having Off-road parking followed by the warm welcome to this delightful Victorian property was the start of one of our B&B experience's. The standard of the up-grade and quality and Style of all rooms is quite outstanding.
Shella is a wonderful hostess with a wide knowledge of Inverness & The Highlands. this and her breakfasts completed our three day visit - hence the Star Rating given.

We stayed a total of three nights at this gorgeous B&B. One before our NC500 adventure and two at the end. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel extremely welcome in Sheila's beautiful home and we knew that all the other places we had booked around the NC500 had an awful lot to live up to! Our room was really lovely and the bed so comfortable. Everywhere was immaculate and furnished with really beautiful ornaments and pictures. Breakfast was plentiful, tasty, and very relaxed with traditional music playing in the background. It was a short walk into Inverness which meant it was easy to walk in for dinner at one of the many restaurants and be able to have a drink without any need to drive. Of all the outstanding aspects of our stay it was the welcome from Sheila when we returned for our second visit which will always stand out in my mind: "welcome home!" We would definitely recommend Invernevis and hope to return one day.

Welcome Home!

We received a very warm welcome from Shella when we arrived.  The house was beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. I loved all the artwork around the walls.  The breakfast was delicious too.  Highly recommended and very good value for money.

A very lovely stay in an immaculately decorated house

Our first visit, and loved it. Beautiful rooms, stunning decoration and the perfect host in Shelia. We have room 3 at the front of the house. It was very spacious and quiet. The breakfast was excellent, as was the location. You are only 5 minutes walk into the centre of Inverness. We will certainly be back.

Lovely Invernevis

We had lovely stay (friends recommended this B&B) Sheila runs a beautiful decorated house and has an eye for detail, we loved her art work on the walls. The house is extremely clean and comfortable, especially our double room. Sheila is an excellent host who makes her guests feel so welcome (without being over the top). Breakfast was great, especially being able to have cooked breakfasts and not the usual continental! The house is only 10mins from town, we definitely recommend invernevis bed and breakfast

Beautiful invernevis.

We paid for the smallest, cheapest room here, which suited us just fine, but might not be for everyone. However, the innkeeper was wonderful, breakfast excellent, and I want to go back at the next possible moment.  Parking in the driveway was free, and we were just steps away from the center of town. Shella, the innkeeper, directed us to a lovely restaurant when we first arrived.  The B&B was a good base to explore town.  Next time, we will use it as a base for day trips further North.  Urquart castle was a 20 min drive.
   I have posted an image of our tiny bathroom.  It was clean as can be and cute as a button, but larger folks might have a problem with it.  Larger folks should try a different room (not room 4!) Finally, we had a view of the town from our window, which opened for fresh air, and we were very happy to be welcomed with chocolates and a wee dram by the bedside when we arrived.

What a lovely stay we had. A wee dram waiting on arrival. Shella was such a nice host. House is beautiful, spotless and the decor is wonderful. Seemed to think of everything when it came to breakfast, delicious. Great location, very near the centre. I'd recommend this b&b to anyone. We would come back in a second. 

What a wee gem

First time staying here and was pleasantly surprised. Very nice place and got a nice welcome from Shella. Very nice whisky waiting for you on arrival in the room.  The room was clean and the bed was comfy. Sadly didn't manage to get an en-suite room but the shared bathroom was very clean and modern. Only a 10-15 minute walk to the town centre. The breakfast was very good. Will definitely be back and highly recommended.
