A friend and I stayed just the one night for a wedding in Inverness. Iona Guesthouse seemed to be the best hotel for an affordable price in the area. We were pleased to find the room sparkling clean and quiet, whilst the breakfast is an absolute steal for the price! The owner is super welcoming and helpful! Recommended!

The owner is fantastic!  Great rooms at a great price!

The guest house is a few minutes walk from the city centre. The room was nice and clean. The breakfast was really nice i can tell, especially their homemade pancakes! There is only one parking seat in the backyard if you wish to leave your car. You must take notice of the owner rules about the quietness.

Very nice accomodation!

We spent two nights there in a twin and double room.The house is clean and in a good area very close to the centre (just few minutes to the bridge).The rooms is not so big but comfortable and with spacious bathroom.There are some rules from the owner about the silence,so be careful.Finnaly the two persons ate  breakfast and they said that it was value for the money.

Excellent stay!

Stayed here for one night with my sister whilst exploring the area. 
Twin room was very sweet and the welcome was friendly. Downfall was the parking issue as only permitted holders allowed to park,however guesthouse handed out permit which was great. 
Very homely feel to the room and house. 
Pipes are a bit noisy as you could hear when water was running anywhere in the house but then it is a victorian house. 
Loved the pancakes for breakfast and good selection of tea. 
Nice bed and breakfast. 

Good value for money. 

On arrival we were greeted by a friendly, warm hostess and invited into this beautiful Victorian home. Our room was very comfortable and well equipped and immaculately clean. Breakfast was excellent offering a good range of items at a good time, all cooked fresh in the morning. Our hostess was very helpful and knowledgeable about what’s around eg things to do, where to eat and what to see. This guest house is ideally situated a 5 minute walk from the city centre and is very easy to find. We thank Wendy and the team for a fantastic stay and we’ll definitely see you again soon!
