Kindly note the guest is liable for any damages made to the property by themselves during their stay, and will be charged for damages if necessary. Guests will be charged for lost keys, and if they are found to be smoking on the premises. No takeaway foods are permitted at the property Food is not allowed to be brought onto the premises except by prior arrangement via the property management team. Please note late check out is charged GBP 15 up to 11:00, payable by cash at the property, subject to consent from the management.
