We were staying at this amazing hotel for our friends birthday ,to say we had a good time is selling this hotel short , from booking in to going to our rooms we were met with such a lovely man .the hotel exceeds our expectations , our room was beautiful ,bed was so comfy and the pillows were just right, we were met with a lovely breakfast cooked to perfection .on our second night there we had not been able to  book a restaurant to go to, our host then informed us that we could eat there , the cooked us all a feast , from the currys to the amazing cheese board everything was excellent . we couldn't fault anything  , our stay there was so special we would definitely return there , i carnt recommend this  Hotel enough  , once again thank you x

Birthday Celebrations

Absolutely amazing!  Such a treat to find a great B&B in a perfect location with top quality accommodation, food, facilities and owners. Beautiful bedding, warm rooms, more than adequate storage, fabulous food and friendly owners. Will definitely return. Highly recommended.

A real treat

A much needed one night stay was made perfect by the lovely hosts and gorgeous deluxe room. Extremely clean, very welcoming(walkers very welcome), large room with beautiful views and a lovely relaxing breakfast with warming fireplace. Excellent location and we managed to get parking just outside although even in high season there's plenty of places to park nearby. We enjoyed great walks round the lakes and Catbells. Thanks so much for the lovely stay and we'll most certainly be back soon

A perfect stay in a deluxe room with gorgeous views

Lovely stay in room 2 which was huge ! Beautiful views and very comfortable bed and seating area. Breakfast was very nice both mornings.
Hosts were welcoming and informative.
Fabulous being so close to all the shop’s, restaurants and lake . Parking at the guest house was fine when we arrived and just had to move the car the following morning  literally round the corner at the pay and display car park which wasn’t a drama at all. I would highly recommend and would stay again.

Perfect break

We has a very nice large room with a view of the golf course. The bed was comfy and location was perfect ... Right on the edge of town near the main part but just enough apart to provide some sense of retreat. The breakfasts were delicious. Wish we had stayed at least 5 nights (we stayed 3).

Too Short a stay in Keswick

My partner and I had a great stay here for the weekend. 

Holly was an excellent host and the team were all lovely. 

We stayed in room 12 - at the top of the house! Amazing views across to Catbells - really cool touch to have the binoculars to people spot the hikers on Catbells. A fab bathroom and the space was huge.
It's a perfect location for the lake and the town centre, whilst also still being a peaceful place to stay. The drying room was fab to dry out our wet gear.

The breakfasts were delicious and great for me being gluten free too - thanks!

Yes there is limited parking directly outside, but there is ample information on their website to find out where to park. We used the pay and display - which was literally 2 minutes walk through the subway and behind the Fellpack restaurant - easy!

Would recommend and hopefully we will be back soon.


Amazing views from the top floor

Fantastic place, booked a two night stay, room was lovely and clean with great views over the park, great location near both the lake and town, breakfast choice was great and delicious with a fantastic cooked breakfast, will definitely return and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend

Weekend visit

We were a group of eight.  Friendly welcome and very accommodating to sit us close together. Everyone had a really good meal, Ruben bagel was delicious. Friendly, helpful staff. Very clean and comfortable. Will definitely visit again.

Perfect stay in Keswick. Great location. Lovely room, really comfortable bed, great views. The breakfast was exceptional- good selection of cereals, yoghurt and fruit followed by delicious cooked breakfast - quality ingredients. Hosts were welcoming and all staff really lovely. Will definitely be back!
