Tony and Gordon clearly have a lot of love for what they do. From start to finish they have been accomodating, warm, friendly and just the most lovely people.
They really do go the extra mile, home made smoothies and granola for breakfast that they actually care if you are enjoying! I was in pure heaven. They even left home made fudge in the room and biscuits for the Nespresso machine. 
Tony ensured my extra requests were fulfilled and remembered it was my partner's birthday, and even remembered our names. Just fantastic service.
The room was gorgeous and well maintained, with everything you'd need including conditioner and bath salts! (Really is the little touches that mean everything!) And Gordon was there to greet us when we arrived late due to traffic and made us feel really cared for, he seemed to be genuinely concerned for us.
The house was beautiful and everything was just lush.
The fudge is to die for, the granola is absolutely delicious and the hosts are just superb! Most comfy bed and efficient room refreshing service. Just book here, won't disappoint. 100% coming back and recommending to my friends. Loved our stay. 

Most amazing BnB ever

What more can I add that has not already been said by other reviewers. Simply one of the loveliest places we have ever stayed. Tony & Gordon are exceptional hosts and make you feel  like you are staying with friends.  The rooms are stunning and the breakfasts sublime. The area around Dartmouth and Kingswear is very picturesque and should  be high on your list of places to visit, if you haven't already. But a visit to Kaywana Hall that should definitely be at the top of the list.

We have just had an exceptional stay at Kaywana Hall.
It was our first stay at the property and the entire experience was amazing and I don’t know where to start in respect of feedback:
(a) The architecture itself is wonderful and was incredibly clean and comfortable. Its location is superb and we wish we could have stayed there longer.
(b) Gordon & Tony were wonderfully welcoming and efficient with a ‘can do anything’ attitude that was so refreshing. Above all they are both genuinely lovely people.
(c) Overall we had a very memorable visit and anyone staying at Kaywana Hall will never be disappointed.

Kaywana Hall - Highly recommended (you won’t be disappointed!)

This was our second visit this year and it seems to get better every time. This is by far the most luxurious and best run place to stay in Devon, if not the whole of the South West. The rooms are all very special and have everything that you would need, the new breakfast room is wonderful and provides complimentary afternoon soft dronk and snacks by the pool, what more could you want.

My husband and I spent our 39th wedding anniversary at Kawana Hall and it didn’t disappoint. Tony and Gordon are great hosts and made us feel very welcome. The suites are spacious and light, beautifully decorated and the bed and bedding of the highest quality - ensuring a perfect night’s sleep. What made the stay so memorable was all the little extras - jars of jelly beans, cookies, handmade fudge, enormous choice of beverages, lovely toiletries, glossy magazines, books - I could go on and on. 
     The pool area surrounded by stunning planting and woodland creates a peaceful spot to relax in the sun, take a dip or indulge in a slice of Gordon’s homemade cake of the day with a pot a tea. Oh! And the breakfast was superb. Credit to both Gordon and Tony on making this such a special place. We will definitely be returning.

Fabulous Stay at Kaywana Hall

5th visit & just as luxurious as the first time 7yrs ago. This time we used the new Pool house for breakfast, all cooked & presented with the utmost care just as before. All very relaxing ... fab u lous!

Beyond 5stars

This was our first trip to Kaywana Hall - we had heard great things - and boy, we were not disappointed.  

Fabulous hosts, Gordon and Tony, ensured that our two night stay went perfectly.  They gave us great advice on walks, taxis and places to go - Dartmouth is a wonderful place to visit.

The accommodation is AMAZING - thank you for sharing your home - the pool was LOVELY and the breakfasts - WOW, really very good indeed.
If there is availability, highly recommend this wonderful oasis.

Dartmouth Road Trip

This is our third time of visiting Kaywana Hall and the location, property, hosts and accommodation was excellent - a very modern, contemporary property which provides a great base to relax and enjoy the area.

A truly great place to relax unwind and move at a slower pace
This is our second visit to this remarkable place and we will definitely be back.
The rooms are spotlessly clean with great amenities and wonderful extra touches like homemade biscuits, fudge and even a pot of jelly Babies. A great selection of different teas and coffee, and a fridge with water, milk and lemon slices.
There is a beautiful swimming pool and lovely landscaped gardens to relax in and just enjoy the peace and quiet. The new breakfast room by the pool is a great addition and includes snacks, like crisps, flapjacks, biscuits, water, tea and coffee and flavoured water etc and even better at 3pm there is delicious cake.
The breakfast sets you up for a busy day or just relaxing on your private patio and along with a great choice of things to eat there are specials which gives a great choice. I recommend the homemade granola with fresh berries and yogurt to start. Just need them to start selling it so I can bring it home with me as well.
Gordon and Tony are the perfect hosts and it feels like you are staying at a friends house rather than a B&B, always on hand to help with advice on what to do or where to go.
Lovely bathroom products, fresh flowers and even room sprays and pillow mists after the complimentary turn down service
There’s even a charging point if you have an electric car and need a quick charge.
Perfectly placed for a trip to Dartmouth which caters for all tastes and they have cards for the ferry to allow you to go back and forth without worrying about paying until the end of your stay.
3 nights was definitely not enough but that just means I will be going back.
If like me you are more a hotel person than a B&B person I urge you to try this one as it will change your mind about booking your next stay.

Great place to relax

Our first stay at Kaywana Hall and we’re already planning a return visit. It was the perfect place to celebrate our honeymoon and Gordon and Tony made it such a special stay. The place is so luxurious and unique. Gordon and Tony are the perfect hosts. Their attention to detail is amazing, with so many extra touches. Everything has been so well thought out. We felt like VIPs. The bed was so comfortable and pillows were too. We’ve already ordered the same ones to have at home! We cannot wait to return.
