Having a couple of days walking in Angus and a friend suggested the B and B as she fancied the jacuzzi. My room was huge, there was a massive TV plus Netflix and the power shower was great. We were the only people staying so had the lounge, dining area and kitchen to ourselves. There was a brown paper bag breakfast in the fridge and we took that for the walk as there was plenty to make breakfast with and we were told to help ourselves to eggs, crumpets, bread etc. Lovely hosts and would definitely stay there again

Luxury Pad

We stayed at the B&B for hogmanay, I couldn't ask for anything better. Friendly owner, clean, comfort, relaxing, nice breakfast and the spa bath to top things off.
We will be returning for a summer trip up Angus and use that as a base.

A friends birthday meant a stay in Kirriemuir and this place looked the best of the options - and indeed it was, great large parking area and a beautiful lit up church when we arrived. Old stairs leading up to the accommodation made the history more real but the living area with kitchen leading to the three rooms was extremely toasty!! We were booked into the room with the bath but as we were running late and just needed to change, Jenny suggested other room which was perfect, shower was great and the room was so comfortable with everything you require and very homely, I love when a bed smells super fresh, something that i noticed and loved!!  Just a great place and loved the boiled egg gadget which i perfected and had to have a couple to go with the croissants, bagels bread and muffins!!

great place for our visits to Kirrie!!

I came across this BnB after unsuccessfully locating an AirBnB at a reasonable price for a 3 day short-notice visit.  Great communication and welcome from the owner, Jenny. It's a great BnB in a converted church with very spacious, very clean and well stocked rooms that are serviced every day. A large communal with huge flatscreen TV and business table would be excellent for groups. Fast free wifi (measured at 30Mbps by me) and Sat TV in the room. There's tea/coffee etc and a stocked minifridge. I'm a coffee addict and was very pleased to see a proper coffee maker in the breakfast kitchen. A nice added extra were the pack-ups in the fridge for each room each day. Easy short walk into central 'Kirri'. Highly recommended and will definitely stay next time....except I'll book the room with the hot tub in it! 

Fantastic, clean, spacious BnB in a great location for access to the Cairngorms and more.

We heard of the church house from lots of friends who attended Kirrimuirs BONFEST serveral times an used to stay there. 
So we had an imagination, a "picture in the head" and all the informations available online. 
BUT it even was much better then expected ! Jenny, the owner running everything has been SUPERFRIENDLY, helpfull, nice and lovely. 
Our Room was extremly clean, huge, with a WHIRLPOOL inside which we used twice to find out what all the buttons do :-) 
The famous Bon Scott Statue (one of the reasons we went there)  is just a 2 minute walk away, 2 more minutes to fall in the first nice pub of a few in lovely kirriemuire. 
Breakfast is self service as written many times before - but whe loved it! 
NO RAPED EGGS ! - yess !
NO STRANGE SAUSAGES ! - jippie !
NO FATDRIPPING HAM OR BACON !  - nailed ! 
We will come back !!

GREAT

Fantastic find in terms of location for the Open Golf in Carnoustie. An amazing welcome from our extremely friendly and knowledgeable host. Accommodation was excellent and common areas were very clean and encouraged socialising. Breakfast was plentiful and it felt like every need of the guests had been thoughtfully considered. I would highly recommend this accommodation and the area too.

Fantastic B&B in Kirriemuir.  Converted church with 3 separate rooms for B&B.  Facilities top notch.  Huge communal living room Very comfy. Kitchen facilities and continental breakfast with kits of choice.  Nice touch with the snack packs.  Rooms are spacious very clean.  Jenny is a perfect host.

Open weekend away

The outside view is lovely and invites to stay. But behind the facade, disillusionment  is waiting. The rooms are big, but nowhere a „normal“ window to open. The breakfast is a small bag in the fridge, nothing special. But maybe the standard on the island. All over, more expected then got...
