We stayed here for a couple of nights and our hosts Roy and Kate were superb. Our room and bathroom were absolutely spotless with everything we needed.
Each evening we arrived back from dinner we were greeted warmly and asked how our evening had been.
Breakfast was really excellent, especially enjoyed the porridge Kate and the cooked breakfast was good too.

Excellent

The owners met us at the door with their masks on and welcomed us into their beautiful home as if we were family. Myself, husband, daughter and her husband filled this lovely B&B.
Rooms were spotless and beds were comfy. Everything we needed was there and more. Bottled water even a small bottle of whisky for a night cap, home made shortbread biscuits and all the tea and coffee we needed. The filling breakfast ( with fresh fruit added) which we chose the night before was ready and waiting with the time you wanted .
Our bedroom window faced a field with sheep and their garden had a bird table which attracted so many different species. The sky at night was filled with stars, which was amazing as living in a town we seldom see. We stayed 2 nights here but would liked to have stayed much longer.

Excellent B&B

You are made to feel very welcome when Kate & Roy let you enter their family home at Erbusaig just a mile or so away from Kyle of Lochalsh in the Highlands of Scotland.
Very comfortable and clean with a fantastic breakfast to see you through the day.

With their local knowledge they will ensure you visit all the attraction's within the area.



A fantastic traditional B&B

This was our first ever B&B stay and it was a good experience. The booking form gives clear directions to the location which is a few miles north of the Kyle. We were greeted warmly by the hosts and shown our room which had a very sophisticated shower that I never quite mastered! Nice touches were the delicious homemade shortbread biscuits and a dram of whisky. The room wasn't overly large but was very clean and comfortable. The Internet connection was really good. Breakfast (which you pre-order the night before) was everything that you could want....it kept us going for the rest of the day.

It was a very fancy stay. Nice room with amazing shower. View on nice green field with sheeps , so you really feel you are close to skye island:) The bed was very comfortable and the bedclothes so fancy and beautifull ! You really get everything you need in the room. Much more than in any other place we were. handmade cookies, tea, coffie, Whisky even to try, botles of water and even dvd to watch what was really cool. You can choose day before what for breakfast do you want and on what time it has to be ready. Just perfect!

Better than expected!

A very nice stay, this was our first stay ever at a Bed & Breakfast. Clean and cozy bedrooms, and we had our own bathroom. Kate and Roy helped us out when we couldnt get a rental car, and drove us to the Eilean Donan Castle themselves! As many restaurants in Kyle were closed, Kate made us some sandwiches the night we arrived. We recommend having a rental car when visiting Kyle. 

Excellent service!

A group of 4 of us stayed here for 2 nights while we visited the isle of Skye. First impressions was that it was a clean and welcoming B&B, but my friend overheard the lady on 2 occasions make a nasty comment behind her back. This made our stay vey uncomfortable and will not recommend or return.

Uncomfortable stay

We stayed at Roy and Kate's B&B. It was the best B&B we had in our trip.
They are the best hosts you can have. The breakfast was amazing as well as the room. We had the view for the garden (not the ocean) but it was good for us.
