What can I say about Lorron Hotel we stay here every year at this hotel,  it is a great location on the isle the cost is brilliant the food is great and the rooms are just what you need a clean and tidy and a good night's sleep, what more can I say but try it yourselves and see if I am wrong  about this

BEST BB ON THE IOW

Lorron was recommended to us from another B&B and it was a very good recommendation and the hotel is very easy access,great rooms,fantastic breakfast,fantastic staff and the food was fantastic too thank you so much to the owner as she helped us all get our clothes dry as we got soaking wet on our scooters when we arrived on the Thursday of the bank holiday thank you so much Lorraine look forward to seeing you next year what a fantastic day and a great location

Fantastic stay

We are just back from a 4 day break on the Isle of Wight we stayed at The  Lorron Hotel in Lake.  We had a lovely time The Lorron Hotel is excellent in every way very clean, lovely breakfast, great service, the staff were very friendly. The owner Lorraine was a very nice lady nothing is too much trouble. We would definitely stay there again and highly recommend The Lorron.

The Lorron Hotel

Lorraine and her team provided a wonderful experience for us this summer when we stayed with them! 

They were extremely thoughtful and considerate hosts, going out of their way to accommodate anything we needed; everything from fixing the lock on our broken luggage to providing plates in the dead of night for a takeaway!  

The rooms were clean, and all areas of the hotel were cleaned regularly. In addition, the breakfast was consistently excellent, and we had tons of fun in the Games room with it's own table tennis and snooker tables.

We were so grateful to Lorraine and her team for making our stay so enjoyable! Thank you so much for hosting us, and we'll definitely be telling everyone we know to stay with you if they ever visit the island!

Wonderful and Hospitable Team

Arrived 11th July 2021 . My partner Fiona Rutherford and I had a lovely welcome from Lorraine the owner. She booked us in and explained everything to us about her hotel, We had room 7. in the quiet part of the hotel. She put the England v Italy match on the big tv in the lounge. 
Lorraine popped in regularly  to see if we needed anything. 
 Our room was very clean and tidy, decor was simple but nice,It had a white and black theme, the bed was comfortable and we had a good nights sleep, with only the seagulls to wake us in the morning .  breakfast was served in the dining room, which was the same white & black decor,  very modern and  tasteful. we were served by Lea, A very nice young lass.  we could not fault the breakfast, we both had full English , plentyful tea, coffee, and toast and jam. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. A special mention must go to the Two lovely Carols. who were full of fun!

Nice place, lovely people

Myself and my partner stayed here for a night as we visited the island. The staff were all very friendly and the service was brilliant. The place was very clean and our room was just right for a short stay. Free WiFi, and we took advantage of the games room and played a lot of pool!
Breakfast was very tasty and staff could not have done more for us! Lovely quiet area, very close to Shanklin beach and free parking meant it was very easy for us to come back and forth as we pleased!

Great little place!

Had a fab stay over August bank holiday weekend.  
Friendly welcome by Lorraine who showed us around and to our room.  
Great facilities; table tennis and free pool table, board games and tv lounge.  You can bring in your own drink and takeaway - a great way to spend an evening when the weather outside was awful.
Plentiful breakfast, with staff that could not do enough for you.
Lovely clean rooms with tea/coffee making facilities.

Superb

We stayed here for three nights, 2 adults and 3 children. We had a beautiful family room, with new carpets and everything we needed. Comfy beds, kids loved the bunk beds. 

Breakfast was fabulous, perfectly cooked poached eggs on our full English, a variety of juices, cereals and other breakfast options if you don’t want a full breakfast. Friendly servers & a Lovely dining area as well.

The plus is a Games room with a pool table and table tennis for the kids, which was good fun and they really enjoyed it.

Finally the staff - Lorraine and John are an absolute pleasure. So friendly and accommodating, chatting to us and the kids every day finding out what we had been up to. Recommendations for food as well. Even when our daughter was awake at silly o clock making a fair bit of noise they were so lovely and accommodating. Offered us a travel cot as well when we realised we had forgotten ours.

All in all our stay couldn’t have been better, as a family we all loved this b&b and the kids didn’t want to leave. We will definitely be staying again!

Amazing b&b & fantastic staff

Stopped off here during a short visit.

The rooms were clean and the bathrooms were nice/modern. 

The owners were super nice and couldn't have done more for you.

They have a games room (pool table and table tennis) and free WiFi. 

Breakfast was nice too.

I wouldn't hesitate recommending this place.

Pleasant stay

Came here with my partner and two kids as we were having a break on the IoW.

The B&B is situated 20-30 mins walk between Shanklin and Sandown, there's a cliff top path or you can walk on the beach to both. The downside of its location is the busy main road which has a lot of boy racers on (not the owners fault obviously) which get noisy at night (If you're in the front).

Breakfast is served 9-10, and the food is ok. There is a lot of it which is good. 

Other plus points: 
Nice decor
Lovely staff
Free car parking  (8 cars I think)

Bad points: 
Wi-Fi isn't good (two kids with phones!) 

Nice place if you're exploring the island.
