Excellent position in Leek town centre yards away from the shops but very quiet inside the hotel. On site parking is £5 for 24 hours. Decent sized rooms and the world's most comfortable bed. We opted for the 2 course evening meal (with a glass of wine) and the all you can eat buffet breakfast for a total price of £25. Bargain! Friendly,helpful staff. Would definitely stay here again

Great value

Friendliest premier inn ever been to and the breakfasts are always beautifully cooked and good quality. The rooms are comfy and clean. We went for the premier plus room this time and it was really quiet during the night too. The place is convenient for walking into the town centre.

Best Premier Inn

If you want a really nice relaxing stay, you cannot beat this hotel. The staff were so nice and helpful and everything was fantastic value. Leek is a lovely market town and this Premier Inn is well situated for getting out into the countryside as well as for the shops and market.

Best Staff

The Hotel was excellent and well suited to my electric wheelchair. The staff were very helpful. We were in an accessible room with a wet room which was very good Our room was large and easy to move around in. The Hotels location was in an old market town, wheelchair accessibility was fairly good but given the age of the town wheelchair access was not possible in some shops which to be honest  was to be expected. There were some good museums in Leek itself and within easy travelling distance.  There was an excellent parking facility (Residents only) adjacent to the Hotel and the charges per 24 hour were superb. Parking in and around Leek was also cheap with concessions for Blue Badge Holders.

A very good hotel

Stayed over here to meet some friends - room was clean; staff were friendly and breakfast as would be expected.
The best part was actually the recommendations from the staff
- go for a walk in the Roaches and visit Thor's cave
- eat at Spice Merchant Restaurant (literally 5 minute walk away) - absolutely awesome

Clean, big and good location

Excellent service from Sandra, Mark and all the team. We stayed for 3 nights, the room was excellent, breakfast was always hot and topped up well, every team member we encountered was happy and professional. Would definitely recommend if you are in the area or visiting Alton Towers.

Superb in every way 

Great staff, obviously very busy but made our stay a great one. Good quality evening meal and brilliant breakfast. We had two big tables in for an evening meal and with limited staff (x2), they ran around making sure we were all well looked after. A credit to Prem inn

Fab staff here so helpful friendly and can’t do enough for you. Rooms very quiet and comfortable excellent location. Very tasty breakfast. Some family members had evening meal too which were delicious 

Amazing staff

Room, food and location lovely.  Staff very helpful nothing too much trouble. Great deal for food and breakfast! Would recommend  to anyone else wanting to stay in Leek or near Rudyard. Hope to stay sometime in the near future. 

Friendly staff and great hotel

For the price you can't beat the comfort peace and friendly staff especially at this Premier. They really are the best in all respects. Hiking on the doorstep then back for good night's sleep Walking distance to all of Leek and nothing too much trouble for everyone I met.
