Great experience, would recommend stopping here on your travels. Nice and clean rooms and showers a very convenient location. Staff are really friendly and helpful.Tarliek and Jane was very helpful in helping me checking in and finding everything I needed

Our stay was fantastic and the staff was great very helpful and friendly and would go out of their way. I also had to have a parcel delivered to the Hotel during my stay which they took it for me no problem at all. The room was very clean and tidy, bedding and towels were clean and dogs were made very welcome. My children felt comfortable and happy and enjoyed the stay too. We will be returning next year for definite. Thank you for such a great stay and for making us feel so welcome keep up the brilliant work we cannot fault anything about our stay.
A member of staff that we would like to mention that went above and beyond is Tarliek (i think thats how it is spelt) he was fantastic so helpful friendly and very welcoming to see a happy face and so happy doing his job especially for front of house says it all. Thank you Tarliek for being so helpful and going above and beyond you do a fantastic job and nothing was too much trouble for you, you an asset to the Hotel.

Fantastic experience

As with all the reviews the staff are a deal and so friendly. The hotel needs some TLC and updating.
Our room however was clean and tidy, had a fridge and tea/coffee facilities and a great shower.
The location was perfect for our needs. 
I would stay again but bring my own pillows.
Rooms can get warm though a fan is provided.
Road noise was minimal too which helped

Very friendly staff on arrival, sadly that was probably the best thing all weekend. Lift had a very strong unpleasant odour, we used the stairs as much as possible. Bed was too hard for myself and husband. Room ok, had a fridge , kettle and good size bathroom, just very run down. Pillows were like bags of spanners.

The staff at days inn are extremely helpful and I’m extremely grateful my phone died on the way to my destination so popped in to days inn and they were more than happy to let me charge my phone quickly so I can finish the last part of my journey your the best thank you the two ladies that were on the morning shift at reception they truly are a asset to the company many thanks Adrian quinn

Average customer service, lift needs to be sorted and hotel carpets changed. It is important that this is met to attract customers from coming back. Also the lift needs to be sorted to meet the required

Its absolutely disgraceful that Leicester Forest Service station, both north and south bound, have no working electric car charge points. Out of 8, non worked due to overloading problems. To call themselves a service station is a gross misrepresentation!

Soft bedding and nice hotel!

Friendly staff and I really enjoyed my stay with my Mum. The room is clean and sparkly. No problems.

Good service all-around and the stay was good, I will come back again in February!

Nice hotel

Stayed here a few times. Super comfortable stay, Sherrie on reception is super helpful. Would recommend! Services full of a few restaurants, hotel itself has a lot available, and all in all a good place to stay with no complaints.

Brilliant stay!

I had a very good stay at this motorway services. The colleague on reception was called Nikki and she was extremely polite and very professional. This great service was the start and finish of a great stay. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. What more could I ask for.
