This lovely B and B exceeded our expectations. Comfortable room with every amenity and a wonderful shower. Delicious full breakfast with a view to the gorgeous Lower Largo Beach outside the window. Our kind host Matt is a resident of this property and little village and can see to your every request.

Fabulous 5 nights here.
Matt is super friendly and helpful.
Breakfast is pre ordered by day (so you can change your mind) and is fab!!!
Plenty of TCMF, shampoo , shower gel, hairdryer in room.
Free WiFi.
Parking is at Temple Car park (sat night will get you there no probs).
Seascape is on the Fife Coast Path, we did  a beautiful walk from the b n b to Elie and got the bus back.
We were lucky weather wise as it was sunny and 17/18/19 degrees every day.

Fabulous 😍

Just spent an absolutely wonderful week at the Seascape.
From start to finish a lovely break.
My husband and I arrived to a lovely Welcome from Matt our host.
(Matt can't do enough for you).
The bedroom was large, with a large comfortable bed, and a beautiful sea view over the beach.
The breakfasts were to die for, with more than ample choice and cooked to perfection.
To top it all,the weather was perfect. 
So if you are looking for the best place to stay  within reach of most locations in the Fife area  Seascape should be your choice. Credit to you Matt.
Also,for the best eateries. We would recommend. The Upper Largo Hotel. The food is superb.


Visit the Seascape. Lower Largo

Very well appointed bedroom with great shower and facilities.  Generous tea, coffee and biscuits in the room. Very comfortable.

Breakfast was something else !!  You were given a list to highlight for the following morning - my choices were usually black pudding, sausage, bacon, scrambled eggs, toast, coffee and ornage juice !  Have I missed anything ??  Oh yes a good helping of Matt who is a great person and very interesting to talk to.  Very helpful and informative giving me information and guidebook on the local Fife Coastal Path.

I would love to go back there !!

A wonderful 4 nights visit !!

Absolutely lovely B&B in a perfect location. I can only reiterate what other reviews have said. Matt is a wonderful host providing a first class service. It was lovely to chat after breakfast, which was delicious. Gluten free & vegetarian options provided so thank you.. 
Wouldn't hesitate to return and hopefully will soon.. Thank you Matt for your hospitality. 

Perfect B&B 

Matt is a very lovely and helpfull host.  Room is cosy. Breakfast was adequate what we needed and asked for. Price is about what my husband would pay. Accommodation is very good, local to where we were visiting. Would recommend Seaskape and use Matts facilities again. 

Local to where we were using facilities for visiting my mother, sister and son for Christmas shopping. 

After visiting a student grand daughter in St Andrew's, we were glad to spend another night before returning to Edinburgh. We were very satisfied with the accommodaton, the breakfast, and the warmth of welcome by the host, who had renovated the house himself. We particularly appreciated the switch for the light in the shower room, that did not waken the other person asleep in the room! Thank you Matthew for the leisurely conversation after breakfast. We'd love to come back again!

This B&B is beautiful, such a special location and Matt is a great host.  If you want somewhere special this is it! Delicious local produce breakfasts, spotlessly clean rooms, such a comfortable stay. Highly recommend. The scallops at The Crusoe nearby are fantastic. Definitely be back to this beautiful gem of a place.

Perfect Stay

A wonderful evening at the Seascape B&B. It’s very cosy and friendly and the views are glorious. Matthew is a brilliant host and made us feel very welcome. We couldn’t fault it! Super breakfast with hot, quality and tasty local food. Walking distance to the local hotel that does fabulous food, great atmosphere and constantly busy (must book - people were turned away!) We would love to go back.

A fabulous B&B

Booked here as we were partying locally in Fife.

Lovely friendly welcome and superb room filled with sunshine and veiws over the Firth. Our room was clean and tidy with a well propotioned shower 

Our breakfast was ordered the night before and was all of locally sourced produce.  

We had if cooked for our time and it was scrummy. 

Parking was a bit tricky but our stay was not tarnished by this 

Looking forward to going back to explore Lower Largo and the coastal pathes
