Staff are lovely, hotel it's self was small my husband and 3 year old stayed in a family room was big and spacious over looked the car park. 

The restaurant and bar are in the beefeater across the road, and the food was OK did the job. My little man loved the vending machine in reception every night, picking a treat. 

There are plenty of car spaces free of charge, only 5 mins drive to the city centre. Will definitely use again next time I'm over. 

Quick family trip

I’ve rated as average but it’s between that and good because of the friendly staff and the comfy bed which put it slightly more than average. However, had a bathroom extractor fan which was on constantly, even with the bathroom door shut I could still hear the loud noise. Then when I ran a bath I couldn’t turn the tap off! I used all my strength and a towel but could only get it to turn off to a steady drip. Whilst in the bath I noticed a horrible green stain on the underside of the tap which I then spotted was running down into the bathtub. The bath overflow was also horrible. Also why oh why are there no plug sockets near the bed yet there are 6 on the tv wall. What’s the point in that. Why put the kettle and coffee making stuff on the shelf where the vanity mirror is ( therefore very little room to put a makeup bag etc) but there’s 3 empty shelves on the opposite side. It made zero sense. I only stayed 2 nights but if I would’ve stayed longer I would have asked to move rooms because of the bathroom. Oh and they also don’t believe in soft close room doors! Slamming doors all night. I’ve certainly stayed in better Premier Inns.

Friendly staff but bring ear plugs!

Booked for 2 nights.  The room is what you’d expect but the WiFi is the worst I have  experienced in a premier inn. 

I even paid for the upgraded WiFi and that was still rubbish. Extremely difficult to do any work. Not happy and would not recommend.

Terrible WiFi

We've stayed at this Premier Inn several times now. It is in a quiet location just outside of Lincoln City, but with easy access to the city center. The rooms are always very clean and nothing is too much trouble for the staff. The breakfast was AMAZING with so much choice and everything was very fresh! We would certainly staff there again! 

Quiet Location Hotel with easy access to Lincoln City Centre!

checked into a room that was next to reception and the wi fi was just terrible, however the lovely receptionist moved my room to another area of the hotel where I had decent wi fi access. nice and fast quick resolve.
both rooms were clean and up to expectations and was actually very happy to have this problem sorted so fast as I was staying in this hotel with work.

What a wonderful stay! I stayed whilst visiting the area and this hotel did not disappoint. All the receptionists were friendly on my 3 day stay, but Jenny stood out! So attentive and thoughtful. My room was spotless and the bed was perfect! 

Breakfast next door was plentiful and hot, and would not hesitate to eat there again.

Wonderful stay!

Stayed a few times, as always a great choice. I will say on the weekends it gets a bit loud for kids to try and sleep through but that’s with every hotel I suppose. As per request from Jemma who was great the whole way through we want to give five stars. Great little hotel.

Nice family stay

Stayed the week, all staff were brilliant as always. jemma was great checking me in and sorting me new rooms when there was some noise above me. Great food and beds just as good. Staff always readily available even if there not at desk so great

Stayed for a couple days at the Canwick Lincoln premier inn as I am used to using premier inn for business purposes and I enjoy the bed quality and the cleanliness standards. On this occasion I booked a premier plus room which was amazingly clean and had a few extra perks like a small coffee machine, chocolates and still water. Friendly and polite staff and free car parking!

Clean and tidy

My husband and I stayed at your hotel on Thursday 19th January. Jemma checked us in and was very pleasant and friendly. What a good advertisement for your hotel chain. The room was ok and the situation of the hotel meant we could get to places.
