The hotel staff were very friendly and apologetic for the circumstances, but that they had no control over the situation. The room was clean and well laid out with an extremely comfortable bed.
What was bad
Due to unforeseen circumstances there was no electricity to the lighting in the main foyer or stair case. Our room was freezing cold with air con temperatures controlled by the main hotel during seasons. We turned this off in an attempt to let the room warm
