What was good

Very easy access to the City Centre & visitors attractions but located in a quiet street. The cleanliness in this hotel is always 100%. Always excellent and we were given an extended checkout time. Marked down from 10 as we didn't get a reply to the query left on the booking.

What was bad

Although everything about the hotel is as fresh as when it opened the bed had not stood the test of time. It was way too soft and needs replacing.
