Very disappointed. Was lookjng forward to a stay here. Was in the area we wanted and we thought an apartment was great as means we wouldnt have to eat out every meal.
Two weeks before our trip the booking was cancelled with no reason. Poor custimer service and now increases the cost of our planned trip.

Let down two weeks before our trip

Stayed here for the weekend and absolutely loved the building and the location of the apartment. Walked to Liverpool One in approx 10 minutes and numerous bars and restaurants on the doorstep. Best Indian restaurant is Barton Rouge just round the corner.  The apartment itself is larger than expected with one bedroom, living room, kitchen and has the luxury of two bathrooms. Our son was with us so the owner very kindly arranged for a camp bed which was made up in the lounge. There was still plenty of space and he slept very well. The WiFi is fast and free and there is a full sky package available.  The concierge, Andy, was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. If you need any help or recommendations just ask him. Liverpool is a fabulous city with so much to see and do and the Albany Apartments are perfectly placed for you to explore and at a great price. Will definitely be back.

Spacious apartment in great location

A lovely apartment, clean, spacious and comfortable. Wendy the owner kept us informed of everything before and whilst there, she even offered us a late check out which was kind.
Everthing in the apartment including tea, coffee, and shower geland much more.

Apartment 35 Albany Apartments

I live in the Albany, and we the members I. the association are campaigning against AirBnb rentals in our building. 
There have been several complaints about noise, car stacker issues and missuse of the common grounds. 
Our building is beautiful and we are trying to keep it for permanence residents only

Don't use AirBnb

Stayed here last weekend. Apartment was really big and had all your home comforts including iron and ironing board. Sky TV with all channels if required as well. The bathrooms and bedroom were great. The lounge could do with some TLC. The carpets were a bit grubby so could just do with a clean. There is noise from local pubs and restaurants so do not stay here if you are looking for somewhere really quiet. Overall a nice place and local to everything you could need. 

**Tip** There is no parking here and it's expensive in the local car parks. Use yourparkingspace.com, parking all weekend was only £13 on here and a ten minute walk from apartment!

Great Location

This is a good flat but needed a bit of TLC.Looking very tired inside but a great size 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets is great. However beware the there is no on site or permit parking.Parking is available at a multi level carpark near the station for 21 pound per day. It was secure and we had no problems 

We originally booked Albany Apartments, room 37, late last year because it had free parking.  However this was withdrawn a few days before we checked in and after we had paid a deposit. We had no choice but to park in a secure NCP car park clocking up a total of £84 which had a huge impact on our holiday budget.

Having travelled for over 5 hours we had problems trying to locate the apartments as two side roads had been closed due to building works and there was no dropping off available outside the apartments. My husband had to temporarily stop on another side road whilst I ran around the block and spoke to the concierge who couldn't even provide a street map giving local 24 hour car parks!!!

After ferrying all our luggage etc into concierge's office we then left to find a car park, not easy in an unfamiliar city. 

The first impression of apartment was very pleasing however the carpet throughout hadn't been hoovered and a sweet was stuck to the rug in lounge area and the floor tiles in the ensuite were loose.   The bed linen was very clean but the bed was past its best. The wooden bedstead creaked at the slightest movement, the mattress caused roll together and we both suffered with backache each morning.

Having read previous reviews some of my comments have been raised before and I wonder whether the reviews are actually read by the owner????

great city

stayed in the albany apartments from 17th-20th.march 2017 firstly I was  called on day of departure, asked how we were travelling said train, there was no availability for our car anyway unforseen circumstances?? arrived at Liverpool apartments at  least 20 minutes walk from albert dock as apartments are more near pier head the map and directions not accurate. on arrival at apartment you collect key from a box with your apartment number, we had the noisiest apartment number 7 right next to the  door to stacking car park, all you hear is banging doors and the noise of the machine stacking the cars in car park ( between 5-9pm residents coming home from work) Saturday morning 6am door banging until 9am, 9am sound of glass being smashed maybe pub which is down Stairs they do not tell you about in description. Sunday morning workmen outside window at 7am shouting, then doors banging in car park. Monday doors banging mechanical noise as residents go to work. spoke to reception staff and all they said was I know. Liverpool is an amazing city people so friendly and helpful. lots to see and do we loved every minute in the city GREAT TIME.  DO NOT STAY AT THE ALBANY APARTMENTS.
