Booked these apartments as a last minute break having had a good deal through Booking.com.
Communication and instructions for check in were fine. 
We managed to find parking outside on the street which was useful, although others were using the drive outside the front of the house, which is reserved for guests using the larger main accommodation. The people in the family room above us, who had parked their thought it acceptable to bang his car mats against the walls to clean them before continuing his journey at 8am in the morning - nothing the property could do about this...

Our family room on the first floor was nice, spacious and clean. Beds were very comfy and the bay window was a treat to sit in and chill. I feel the other chair could have been swapped with the dressing table making the seating area even better!
The hospitality tray was top notch with more biscuits than I've ever seen at any property before, which put a smile on the kids faces.

The communal Lounge and kitchen were brilliant additions. Vaughn let us know to help ourselves to breakfast cereal, milk, tea & coffee which was a nice touch. Plenty of space in both rooms and again nice and clean. Microwave, cooker, fridge freezer, coffee machine, kettle, cutlery, bowls, plates etc all provided.

Our only real issue was having the second hand smoke from people sat out the front blowing into our opened windows - Maybe a better smoking policy needed.

All in all, cracking accommodation in a fairly desirable part of town close to everything. We would certainly book again. 



Very clean, spacious accommodation in a nice part of town.

Spotless clean and tastefully renovated. Fantastic shared kitchen and lounge. Super comfy beds. Couldn't fault - love the freedom of being able to cook get snacks etc. 
Large fridge to store your own food, tea and coffee in rooms. Fluffy towels and nice bed linens. A total plus is that the rooms are right in the centre just a few steps from The Cottage Loaf. 

Highly recommended apartments!

Excellent guest house with clean, big rooms. We had a deluxe family room for 3 adults and it was perfect, one double bed and 2 singles with plenty of cupboard and drawer space and a brilliant coffee, tea and biscuit selection. The communal kitchen is excellent, with everything you need. You can take your own breakfast stuff or they do provide a small selection of cereal you can help yourself too. Communication with the owners via email before our trip was great and always prompt. Thank you for a fabulous stay, my mum, daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed it and can see us coming back again in the future. 

Excellent weekend away

 We have loved our second stay  here , the owners are so welcoming and friendly, they make your stay  feel relaxed and you  feel at home straight away  ,  we had lovely comfy beds and an amazing shower .  the rooms are spotless and spacious . We were provided with a fan in the lovely hot weather , everything was wonderful. We can’t wait to see Vaughan Beth and family again soon . We highly recommend staying here , it’s so close to Llandudno  pier and shops .  Thanks , see you soon nikki and family x

Amazing stay

A receptionless guest house with access to kicthen and light help-your- self brekfast
A lot of thought has gone into the "shades of grey" modern decor.
The place was immaculately welI-lkept
Rooms were clEan comfortable and airy.
A residents lounge wtih comfortable sofas and an enormous T.V.
Helpful and pleasant owners.

Excellent place to stay The host was wonderfull anr breakfast was lovely Location perfect very close to the sea front.Off road parking was a god send. This is the 3rd time on staying at Hawarden Villa and would not stay anywere else Due the fact we both (partner) Originate from a place called Hawarden its only a 45 min drive to the Bed and breakfast

weekend break

Stayed here for a few days, very close to all amenities. The owner is wonderful and very kind and thoughtful, very welcoming of children too 😊 The breakfast was lovely, and again was done to our taste, due to my dietary requirements she was only to willing to make sure I had plenty to eat. Myself and my children will definitely stay here again in the new year.

Great place to stay

Got recommended this place as my family stay here. Dulce (owner) is lovely and friendly and considering she runs the place on her own does a excellent job. All clean and breakfast was lovely. Made us feel very welcome and at ease with taking a baby with us, we could leave the pram in the lounge and people didn’t mind him crying at breakfast. There is a car park and she as a lovely dog which doesn’t bother any residents, the dog is like the security (border collie). It’s in a prime location with it being the back of the high street and literally weather spoons is mins away. 
Please note - there is no WiFi but you do get biscuits...

Great! 

This is very reasonable. Breakfast was good and the owner is a very friendly and kind person. I'd stay again for sure. The room was clean and the WiFi worked perfectly. It is also a short distance away from the shops.

Great place to spend a couple of days!

We have been going there twice a year for a number of years now, very comfortable, fantastic choice of breakfasts, and just around the corner from local shops and restaurants,and the tramway up the great Orme, always welcoming and friendly.
