Really nice astablishment the only thing it's not for guests with walking difficulties alot of steep steps from the carpark . Other than that not a bad place to stay, comfy bed great sleep nice shower. Breakfast is continental could be a extra bits IE pastries.all in all a great stay.

Booked a king room with breakfast plus on site parking.
Parking was great then got told its not a cooked breakfast. It doesn't say that on booking. com.
The room was not, in my opinion, a king but I would say it was a standard double. The room was in the roof. It was the fire escape room as it had the fire door next to the bed. There were no windows and no panoramic views. (see photos for views). The mattress was shocking. Collapsed on one side. Had to put spare cushions underneath to stop me rolling off edge of bed. It was room 18 so stay away from this room.
The breakfast we got was drinks, toast & cereal. No yoghurt or pastry as in book. £172 for two nights. No offer of a part refund. Never to return.

3 lovely days hotel perfectly placed Owners so helpful Room immaculate  car parking at the front which has is great as not many places to park so near the centre really good value will definitely go again 

Perfect location Comfortable stay 

The room was clean but the slated bed was uncomfortable for both of us - a divan might be better. The shower was too small for a 6’3” man, bathroom shelf proved difficult to wash your face/teeth without bumping into it. The breakfast was only cereal & toast - rather we had more choice ie a hot breakfast. Whilst this might be picky the side plates for toast were a little small to manage to easily spread the toast, butter & condiments on.

Lovely guesthouse, very large comfortable room, lovely comfy bed, absolutely spotless, breakfast ideal, no noise from adjoining rooms run by daughter and mother, very welcoming, plus car parking on premises. We really enjoyed our stay. Mr &Mrs Cornfield.

Review for Sefton Court Llandudno 

Another superb stay at The Sefton. The location of this Guest House is in a picturesque,quiet area with its elevated position making for spectacular room views of Llandudno.In addition,there is safe,off road parking,huge rooms with all amenities with a great attention to detail & cleanliness.A relaxing atmosphere of peace & quiet with welcoming hosts.Short walk to all of Llandudno.The Sefton sets the bar high & achieves it.See you again! BEAUTIFUL SEFTON

Just returned from a 2 night stay , smashing place . The whole house is well decorated & spotlessly clean , our room(room 9) was excellent , very large with 3 big windows , 2 with far reaching views to the hills , mountains & even the sea . Tea & coffee in the room nothing better than sitting with our drink enjoying the view, even a small fridge in the room which is almost unknown in the UK.
parking at the property & also plenty of on street parking directly outside, only 5 min walk to town & prom , very conviently situated.
Sold at the moment as room only but a complimentary breakfast of cereal, yoghurt,fruit , toast & tea & coffee is offered which is plenty to start your day.
Highly recommend Sefton Court & its friendly owners , look forward to returning.

LOVELY PLACE

We have just enjoyed a fabulous 4 night stay at the Sefton.
The whole place is spotless and the standard of decor very high.
The owner and her daughter are lovely and make you welcome. 
The breakfast is very nice too and we didn't miss a cooked breakfast at all.
The car park spaces are a bit imaginative but it's good to have off road parking in such a handy location. 
Will definitely return

Very nice stay  Relaxing and friendly 

This is our third stay at sefton court and is a  great base to explore Llandudno. The rooms are beautifully decorated and very clean. Breakfast is tasty and sets you up for a day of exploring.  Short walk to town, and has the bonus of off road parking.  Great for couples who require a restful stay in this popular seaside resort.

Quiet, comfortable guest house!!

What a truly anazing guest house. From the first min there you feel truly relaxed  decor is exceptional and the rooms  are huge we was in room 18  we was met by the owner and her daughter who were so accommodating her poor daughter has just injured her writh but this didn't stop the exceptonal service they provided  
There English breakfast is delicious and piping hot. 
We would recomend this Gem to all our freinds and family  and will be returning again.
