Lovely hotel very clean with perfect owners very approachable and welcoming , a good walk to pier but we like walking. We did a part beach walk and part shopping trip on the way up to pier and a pub crawl on the way back 😊 to our cosy room. Breakfast was lovely you choose what you would like on you all day breakfast the day before which we thought was a good idea, and help your self to cearel and juices on the morning. Would defiantly recommend and will Definitely return when we next go to Llandudno. Thank you both. X

Perfect stay for what we wanted

My hubs and I visited Ascot House on the 26 August for 3 nights. We arrived early as we had requested an early check in time which was great as it gives us so much more time to enjoy Llandudno.  So we checked in at noon hour and unpacked. The room (#2) was lovely with lots of closet space and dressers, a dressing table and a table with coffee, tea etc, a double bed with 2 night tables (the bed is so comfy) and a table by the window with 2 chairs in which to relax and enjoy the vue. Yes, this room is positioned so as to have a lovely view of the promenade and the sea. Also after all the above is taken into consideration the room is not crowded at all with lots of space to move around. 

Anita is areat host and nothing is forgotten or overlooked. The room was spotless and really you couldnt ask for more. The breakfast was delish and even though we only took advantage of that on our last morning there , it made us wonder why we hadn't for the previous 2 mornings. We  thoroughly enjoyed our 3 nights there -the only downside is we didn't book for longer but will rectify the oversight when we visit again.

Great experience!

Lovely couple running a lovely little gem of a guest house . Close to seafront,  we only stayed for 2 nights but loved it. We didn't have breakfast but it smelled great. Would definitely go back. At the quieter end of llandudno which we liked  .perfect

2 night stay

Ascot hotel fabulous stay room 1 spotless en-suite bathroom hair dryer on street parking very friendly booked breakfast at hotel cooked to perfection.can sit out side if you please but still a bit chilly (may) I will use this hotel again .found out me and the management had something in common we both had the same name  thanks for a loverly stay    MYLES

Week end break

This was our second time staying at Ascot house. Spotless throughout, Anita and Nick are friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Breakfast is substantial and plenty of choice. Rooms have everything you need for your stay. Nice walk into the town along the seafront. Will be staying again in the near future.

Fantastic two night stay

Just had a great couple of days at Ascot House, 
We stayed in room 2 on the first floor. A small double room with en-suite, very nice and comfortable. You can just see the sea from the window. Breakfast was lovely. Everywhere is very clean and tidy. Very friendly hosts. Would recommend. We will definitely return.

Great stay

Great B&B - can't really ask for much more! Rooms were very comfortable, hosts were very friendly & knowledgeable and breakfast was super. Hotel is 2 mins from the main promenade- 15 to 20m walk to the centre of town. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone & we will return!

Super B&B!

Stayed here for three nights room only and we were made very welcome by the owners, we would stay here again at Ascot house as it was clean,the bed was very comfortable and it was situated in a quiet area just off the front. We enjoyed our stay in Llandudno very much.l it was a very welcomed break

Lovely break

Stayed this weekend. It was St Valentines weekend but there was no sign of that in this Adults Only guest house. 
The room was nice and spacious with all the expected amenities. 
The shower looked great but was disappointing as the water flow was poor. The bed was comfy and pleasant bedding. The towels were ok but could be better. 
Breakfast was ok but choice was limited. 
All in all this was an ok establishment. Pleasant but not as outstanding as some reviewers gave stated. It needs a refurbishment to come up to 2020 expectations but then the price would be higher. You get what you pay for! 


Basic B&B

Last stayed at Ascot House 10-11 years ago when it was Nick and Anita's first season. It was spotless then with good beds and great breakfast and nothing has changed in 2019 (except our ages of course). Great welcome, lovely double room 6 on the second floor looking out on the road.
