We went there with another couple and our two dogs.
Very comfortable, cosy (but roomy) and very clean. The owner was lovely and the location is stunning and well centred for lots of walks. Only 5 minutes drive to LLangollen centre. The only small issues were the shower head fixture wouldn't stay up and it needs a sign on the other side of the gate as well! (We passed it the 1st time).
Lovely walk from the gate up the hill and 5 minutes down the road was the entrance to a really stunning walk. The dogs were very pleased!

I'm definitely going back!

A great location with a panoramic view and good local walks. Comfortable stay and nice to have the dining area upstairs. Plenty of hot water. Could do with a check round, though - two light bulbs were out, the smoke alarm upstairs appeared to be missing and the towel rail was leaking at the top

Great location with a panoramic view

Stayed in cottage number 1 for four nights with my wife & young child. Downstairs you'll find the bedroom & bathroom whilst upstairs is the kitchen & living room. The living room being on the first floor is perfect due to the fact you're welcomed by the most stunning views. First floor has two doors which open up to a 'mini balcony' where you're able to sit and watch the world go by(mainly the sheep). 

The kitchen has many utensils/pots etc for self catering & a good size fridge, no freezer but this wasn't an issue for us.

Local walks lead to stunning views & there's lots to do locally Including Pontcysyllte Aqueduct & Chirk Castle. 
I've been instructed by the wife to rebook for next year. Must be good :).

Stunning location. Beautiful cottage

I stayed in cottage No1, a one bedroomed cottage. The bedroom and shower room was on the ground floor, while the open plan living and kitchen space was on the first floor. The Julliet Balcony in the living area gave spectacular views of the surrounding country side. I have deducted one point due to the fact that, although the bed pillows were clean they did not have pillow protectors on them which I think is a must, also, although there was a mirror in the shower room for my husband to use for shaving, there wasnt a mirror near an electric socket for me to use when blowdrying and styling my hair, sorry Richard females like myself need this. Richard the owner was very friendly and helpful.I look forward to booking the cottage again next year. This was a very relaxing holiday, the cottages are only 5mins drive from Llangollen with all of the amenities that Llangollen has to offer.

Lovely 3 night stay

We highly recommend these cottages and it's location. It's absolutely beautiful, everything about it. We stayed in a 2 bedroom cottage which was cozy and a great size. Richard the host was very good and helpful. We look forward to visiting again very soon.

Amazing cottage and location

Family of 6 adults, 2 children plus a 1 year old stayed in the Farmhouse for half term. It's just beautiful, so rustic with an amazing log burner and fireplace. Everything a family needs, with plenty of space and well equipped kitchen.  The private hot tub was just fabulous. We sat and played word games together whilst watching the snow  clouds travel through the valley, watched the sheepdog work with the sheep on the hills - a truly magical experience for our young family. 
Rich was so helpful, really keen to make sure we had everything we needed and that we were happy. We took our golden Labrador, he was made very welcome,  and loved the garden - we were very careful to ensure he didn't roam and scare the sheep. We'll be back, the other cottages look perfect and we'd like to try them all!

Incredible views, cosy and warm - what a stunning place to stay!

We came here for a few days away to get out the city for our anniversary, cottage was beautiful the view was beautiful the hot tub was beautiful, Richard was an amazing host very active with responding to messages if you need help with anything. The walks surrounding are lovely and lots of things to do. Absolutely will come back here at some point the future didn’t want to leave. Cottages fully stocked so you can cook your own meals. The only thing to bare in mind is if you don’t drive getting a taxi is quite difficult during the day but wouldn’t stop me from returning. Thank you for an amazing anniversary, we will hopefully be back. :)

Not a single thing to complain about

Booked 2 cottages, nicely decorated, easy to find and although in a peaceful location very close (by car) to Llangollen and other nice places including 2 UNESCO world heritage sites. Plenty of good places to eat out close by including a local pub which served excellent home cooked food.
Glad we visited, check in and out easy, lovely place. Didn’t attempt the hot tub in Dec but others braved it.

Great place and accommodation

Turning to trip adviser is not a nice experience, so this is a review i write with a heavy heart, however the owner in my view is not a very approachable person, or I would have spoken to him direct.
Being excused of not paying for services having prejudgments made of us was not nice.
My friends and I, 4 of us in total recently stayed here, arriving on 6th September 2021 for a weeks stay. We left early as it became to much for us. 
Between us we have 4 dogs which is a lot to have in 1 property, so knowing this an email was sent before the stay by my friend to the owner to confirm this was all convenient and acceptable.
The reply was confirm and all was ok, completely dog friendly!
Our friends arrived first with their 2 dogs and was meet by the Property Manager Richard (since learnt was the owner) and was asked if there was going to be any more in the party than just 4 as if the sofa bed was going to be used as he would need to fix it. response NO!
On my arrival and to my shock and horror the area in which we was staying was not secure for the dogs, gates were held on with cable ties, it was not a cottage as booked or shown in photos on Booking.com but a chalet, the place was dirty and very basic.
None of plates in the cupboard were clean nor did they match, neither did the cutlery, mugs were brown with stains. Saucepans were broken, frying pans over used.
The fridge is very tiny and broken inside so food we bought could not fit in and neither could the dogs food.
Whilst using the sink and running water the trap came away, with the result of the water everywhere, which my friend then fixed and we cleared up.

The area only for the dogs to be off lead was an balcony with Astro turf laid on it, a very small area, so yes living accommodation is dog friendly, but that is it. 
There is no where in the area to let a dogs off lead as there is live stock. 
Richard was very rude to us, as we hadn't confirmed 4 dogs were staying and we had to pay extra, which we were aware of the extra charge and thought Booking.com was taking this payment, he never came and ask nicely for the payment just assumed we weren't paying. 
He apologised later as he found the correspondence between my friend and himself, and we paid him direct for the dogs.
We used the Hot tub a communal one not as advertised in the pictures plus with full bubbles. To what we found the water was not so clean and the jets had been turned right down so NO bubbles, when I asked Richard I was inform that it was to noisy too use the full air pressure, and i have turned it down, but hey its a HOT TUB!!
Richard made us feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome, for the entire stay and when speaking with him i tried to explain that we all run businesses and would never do something with out having conformation, or booking! 
I own a Hospitality and Service business, so i am fully aware what is required in Covid times or any other times, to provide a clean,sanitized, safe environment for people to use your services.  This did not comply.

Plus the locals of the area were not pleasant apart from when we were spending money!  
We Live in a coastal area which is visited daily by tourists, never rude and always helpful.

The only plus i can find is the views and peacefulness, that gets the 2 stars
General Maintenance and a complete

Friends trip away, and very disappointed.

If you want a get away from it break with the family then Panorama cottages is the place.
The 2 bed cottage is perfect for 4 adults, both bedrooms are a great size and there is a downstairs toilet. The living room is great for relaxing with the adjoining kitchen excellently equipped. There is a private area at the rear and a shared area at the front. Car parking isn’t an issue, with plenty of spaces.
The journey down to Llangollen is a bit of an adventure, but that’s the price you pay for the remoteness.
Lastly, the views are amazing…
