Just returned from 3 nights and if your looking for value for money, clean , comfortable and friendly hosts then this is the place for you . Such a relaxed atmosphere . I never had breakfast here but the lunches were delicious. A handy little spar shop next door and the views are just stunning . I’ll be back in September angie !

Lovely place to stay

Situated in the delightful Lochinver Park House is found next to a Spar shop and attached to a cafe . The Cafe and accommodation is run by Angie and her staff who really made us feel at home. For those in vehicles an unmanned fuel station is opposite. Both the Accommodation and Cafe are great and the breakfast certainly sets you up for the day.

When you are in Lochinver you are on the Highlands West Coast.

This was a great place for an overnight stay in Lochinver. Price was £75 for a double (actually a triple) and the most comfortable bed in a large room. TV and kettle (choice of teas and coffee sachets) with seating area it really was nice. Not high end and not the most wonderful facade to the place, but it was clean and welcoming. Breakfast was great with choices of cooked options offered via a list to be completed with time  of eating (7:30-8:30). All in all a great place overlooking the sea (well technically the town's car park).

Comfortable and welcoming

Alison runs and deeply cares for her B&B, and was wonderfully kind and accommodating for our family. Went above and beyond to make the visit special for us and our daughter, and reduced our price voluntarily just out of generosity, without any fault or issue. The breakfast was also lovely.

Good facilities, good staff, good WiFi. A really down to earth place. It's not extravagant or chic, but this place quietly and honestly embodies some of the best things about Scotland.

Honestly, from the moment I booked, to the moment I left, it was great. 

Great communication via text message with the host (Alison)

Great arrival check in process.

Great location. We arrived late from travelling and nowhere was open for food but we knew that in advance as Alison had told us what was open and when it closed, so we brought a disposable BBQ with us and had that on the beach wall.

Great big room - TV didn’t work but that didn’t bother us.

Shared bathroom opposite but with Covid-19, Alison has ensured that guests had their own bathroom and had reduced guests staying over.

GREAT breakfast! Set us up good for the day.

GREAT value for money. Having stayed in another B&B the following night, which was more expensive and did not give us breakfast, the price of Alison’s B&B and with the breakfast confirmed just how great the value for money was!

Can’t fault the place.

This is a great a B&B in a beautiful spot. Alison keeps everything spotless and the breakfast was great. We stayed for one night and with the car park right opposite it made it very convenient. I would certainly recommend it.

Great B&B

Very hospitable host,comfortable room and beds .would visit again if I'm up that way. Ideal location with eating establishments close buy Breakfast was plenty,gave it 5 as it was what I expected when booked

Excellent basic b@b

The place was clean and comfortable, with nothing that I could see broken. The breakfast was big enough, it lasted me into the afternoon and was hiking that day. I met the lady owner who I met on the second and last day, that's when I payed. So very relaxed about payment. She was friendly too. The communal bathroom was very clean and again nothing broken. The spar shop next door to the b n b was very handy for hiking food and fluids. 

Friendly, comfortable and clean

Very friendly and a great breakfast, ladies may not like a shared bathroom, but a great location looking over the sea. Dont be put off by the post office/shop its still a quiet location even when its busy.

Lovely Band B

First off must say accommodation was very cheap for a one night stay with breakfast so didn't expect the world, I got there keys were left for me in reception I had room 3 with lovely view of the loch , room was small & very basic no tea or coffee but available in dining room if wanted , was a shared bathroom toilet but didn't see anyone else while I was there so not a problem.
Breakfast next morning was ok & hosts were both nice people, if traveling on my own ok would stay again if price was right.
