A security deposit of GBP 500 is required upon check-in for charges or damages during the stay and will be refunded upon departure.
Additional information may also be required at the property's discretion such as copy of the card used for payment.
All special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
An additional charge will be applied if the number of guests at check-in is more than the number of persons in the booking.
Extra bed is available upon request for certain room types. Please refer to the individual room descriptions for more information.
Failing to contact the property or arrive past the scheduled time will result in a GBP 50 charge. The property may be inaccessible if arriving outside the property’s front desk hours.
Guests are required to provide an estimated check-in time to the property at least 2 hours prior to arrival.
Guests checking in after 11:00 AM will be charged an additional fee of GBP 50.
Guests must provide a valid form of government regulated identification (eg. passport, ID card, driver’s license, etc.) prior to arrival.
Please let the property know the expected arrival time at least 2 hours in advance. So a representative can meet and welcome guests personally upon arrival. In case of delay our representative will wait for maximum 30 minutes after schedule time. Guests can use the Special Requests box when booking or contact the property directly.
The credit card holder requires to be present and to provide a valid photo ID before and upon arrival.

Guests that cannot provide ID on or before arrival will be refused entry and no refund will be issued.

The property does not have a 24-hour reception. Early check-in and late check-out is subject to availability and must be agreed upon at the time of booking. Additional charges will apply. Guests may contact the property for more details.
