This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of GBP 350 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that all guests must be 25 years and older except for children under 16 who are accompanied by parents. Guests are required to provide a copy of their passport or drivers licence and the credit card used for payment prior to arrival for verification. Kindly note the guest is liable for any damages made to the property by themselves during their stay, and will be charged for it if necessary. All our properties operate strict no visitors policy and guests are not allowed to exceed the maximum occupancy at any time during their stay.
