Lovely service and breakfast!

Staffs were amazing.. 
Josephine, Jordi and Nisha, thank you all so much for going the extra mile.
Friendly and Professional. 
We really enjoyed ourselves.

Fantastic Service

Im sad to have to write this review i did contact via email sadly no responsw.. Me and my husband booked into premire inn in bexlyheath town centre from the 26th october for three nights.

We had several upsets during our stay. 

The room was not to good stadard tne carpet had exposed sharp carpet gripper, it smelled odd too. Thier was constant banging that moved the headboard evey time the hall door closed. We was unhappy and asked to be moved but was told the hotel was full. 

We then asked if we could council the booking and was told we wouldnt get a refund.

We decided to try and make the best of it. 

Their was a repeated fire alarm that woke the whole hotel at 5am and another guest informed us the staff had let it off by mistake. When i asked staff in the morming they didnt know about it or why it hsppend.

So that evening we decided to eat in the resterant. 

We arrived at 7pm we orderd drinks Bottle of wine and a G&T the bar staff didnt know how to open a bottle of wine and i had to go to the ice machine to get my own ice. 

Then we ordered dinner steak well done, when it arrived 40mins later it was rare and blood was running on the plate. 

We sent it back and waited a further hour for our  food. 

Mine was meduim well still bloody. 

Whilst waiting two people entered the resteants screaming and shouting fighting whilst i appriecate this is out of your control, i was concered that i had to find staff to deal with this it was awful, there was granted only two tables in the resterant but i feel staff should be visable and again we had find staff to get drinks. 

We also on arrvail asked for our room to be cleaned each day this wasnt done

So on the last day we decided to go for the unlimited breakfast. No hot breakfast was set out, there was bread ceral and two pastries, i asked for more pastries to be cooked i was told it would be a 40min wait. There was also other people wanting them. 
We ordered hot food and again where faced with a long wait, pankakes where stale, how can you help yourself to unlimited breakfast when theres nothong out no orange juice faced with long waits ect. 

Im extreamly disopionted i was going to write this on a review but thought it obly fair to inform you first.

Very Poor

The staff were very accommodating and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble as we needed more pillows and i kept putting my key card next to my airpods and it kept deactivating the card (my own fault) Food was good in restaurant. Thank you for a lovely stay. Special shout out to Samawiya. 

Fantastic stay 

On arrival we were greeted by Samauiya, who was helpful, knowledgeable and polite.  The information Samauiya provided on check enhanced our experience. The hotel (as a whole) was clean and tidy.  Our room was also clean and smelt fresh.  Overall we enjoyed our stay and will return in the future.

A Good Around Experience

They need to deep clean the entire hotel. It’s stinks of smoke in and out of the rooms without being able to open the window at all. No staff on front desk and certain food options unavailable at the restaurant. I’ll never be coming back here. We barely slept, the smell was so bad. We still felt dirty after showering.

The smell is awful!

Rooms are looking tired. Second time I’ve visited this hotel, both times and both rooms could do with a splash of paint. The view was terrible but can understand this can sometimes be unavoidable but and this is where I say but , what saved the day was the member of staff called Katrina , she couldn’t do enough for us. I was staying there with friends as I was getting married the next day and she was very helpful and even gave us a complimentary drink so fair play to her. If she reads this post thanks Katrina for the use of your phone charger and making our stay welcoming. 🤵🏻👰‍♂️🥳👍🏻

Hotel rooms are getting tired but staff (Katrina) were great.

Try fixing the heating! Then put paint on the stains all over the ceilings ffs

Great experience, needed to check-in early and I was delighted that Peter was able to
accommodate my needs promptly. From the moment I arrived, the entire process was handled with professionalism and care, ensuring a smooth start to my stay.
Our stay was trouble free and the room was clean. Would definitely recommend staying there.

Sobia is a lovely at the reciption , helpful.
Well, I’m glad to be here for tonight . In the main time she is helping me to get the best available room to have a rest . It would be my recommended to anyone. Sobia is a one of the wonderful staff . …………..

Very good

Staff at this particular hotel are very friendly and efficient.  Nothing was too much trouble for them. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. The manager Samawiya was very good it was refreshing to witness a young person enjoy their role.. I have no complaints whatsoever a very enjoyable stay. I would definitely return to this hotel.
