The room was clean, well-lit and well-furnished. I found the bed comfortable too. I was surprised with the quality of the room, considering the price. The neighbourhood is quiet, but my only complaint is the local area. I personally wouldn't feel comfortable walking from the station to the hotel at night - it could be ok, but we got an Uber itself. The nearest station is Forest Gate, which is close to Stratford and a few stops from Liverpool Street.

Good Value for Money

Don't expect the Ritz  but this is a perfectly good place to stay if like us you are/ were attending  something  @  the Queen Elizabeth Stadium ... This is in a great location a short taxi ride away £5 ( taxi Tel :0208555555)

The staff were really really  friendly especially the lady who checked us in was so nice and gave us a room with a window when we were only expecting one without So, the   room we had was bright airy very  clean and very comfortable .

There was a little area where the hotel provided free  tea , coffeeand milk and there was also a toaster and microwave which we though was a nice touch ..

FREE WIFI also 

We paid £80 for our room through Expedia and we could of probably got it cheaper if we had gone direct to the hotel itself .However,  in london and at short notice  this was a bargain ...
Just a word of warning --DO NOT be put of by the look from the outside either ...

The shower was bit dodge but there was enough hot water  for us to have a clean up and feel refreshed ...clean towels were provided ..also a nice touch ...

Yes the bathrooms have seen much better days but they are adequate ...
If you want Jacuzzis , whirlpool baths , etc etc then go to an expensive hotel  and pay through the nose for it 

There is a little bar opposite under one of the arches that looks great and offers food and a small shop only a walk away if you want to stock up on some midnight snacks ....  
All told we really found this place very comfortable and had an enjoyable stay
If we ever went to an event again in Stratford  we would most certainly book to stay here ...this is ideal for getting your head down and so much more convenient than having to rush to get the last train home ...

Cheap , Friendly and Good Location

Very friendly staff. I could check in earlier. U can pay by card. Room very clean and nice. Unfortunately other guests werent quiet and pub across the street was open till late hours but still i would recommend. Good room for good price. Easy to catch a bus to centre.

I stayed for 2 nights while away with work. I was not expecting luxury, just a decent bed and comfortable sleep. 
The comments about how safe the hotel's location is are understandable, personally, I didn't have any concerns with the walk from the station, but something to bear in mind. 
When checking in there was some difficulty confirming I'd paid, as I had booked through a (well-known) 3rd party website. Once this was accepted, I was shown upstairs to my room - the stairs are not spacious, those with large feet will need to climb carefully. 
I was then asked to wait outside, whilst my room was checked - the door had been propped open with a chair, and as soon as I stepped inside it was obvious why; the room stank of cigarette smoke. The windows were wide open, but making minimal impact. I understood this to be the only room available, and finding another option at the time I arrived was not practical, so I made do with a swift change and exit to find food, hoping for an improvement whilst I was out. Whilst it wasn't as bad when I returned, I was very conscious of how much I smelt of smoke the next morning. Pleasingly, the shower and bathroom were decent and I was able to get rid of the worst of it. 
Having left the windows wide open, I worked late and ate near the office to give the room maximum chance to improve. Whilst much better than the previous day, there was still a distinct lingering smell. Again, I was pleased to make use of the shower the following morning, although it was a bit more temperamental second time around. 
Check-out was by virtue of leaving keys on the reception desk - a drop-box or similar would be an improvement here. 
Given the large notices about the no smoking policy in the room and around the hotel, I can only hope that the preceding occupant of my room was well charged for breaching.

Smokin' - not in a good way

First of all, there's no free parking. There's free parking for 2 hours, ozr overnight after 6:30 if you can find a space on the street.
The rooms are small and stuffy. Nothing special what so ever. There's a shared bathroom for the rooms on the bottom floor, I can't comment on the upper floor.
There was no one at reception when we arrive bed for check in (about 3:30pm) and no one in reception for check out at 8am.
I'd only use this hotel if there is nothing else available in a price range.

Only Book If You're Desperate

From the outside the property looks like a bit of a prison with bars near the windows. When we checked in we had to wait for about 20mins whilst the women went upstairs and presumably get the room ready. We were showed the room and the lady walked in and sprayed it with air freshener (nice...) . The room itself was a decent size. We opted for one of the soundproof rooms. There is no way that this room is soundproof.  The bed was way smaller than a double size. The walls had marks all over them. The window overlooked garages and a railway line. The room was boiling hot with no air despite the window being open. Some of the rooms do not have windows so if your considering this place make sure you get one with a window else you will have a really unpleasant stay. The door to the room was lockable but when locked it had a great big gap which made it feel insecure. Wouldn't trust leaving anything expensive in this hotel.  The hotel had a couple of bathrooms which were all disgusting. With hairs on the floors, water / pee on the floor and toilet seat. The smell in the bathrooms was horrible! The hotel also has a small kitchen area - kitchen counters, tea making facilities and fridge. It's in a ok location for Westfield's and the Olympic park. The area that the hotel is located in is pretty dodgy and I wouldn't feel safe walking through there late at night or by self.
