Got there around 7 after a long day with work and a long drive. There is no staff on site you you have to ring a phone and she tells you were she's hidden a key for you..... Key not there so had to wait ten mins while she rang around to see who had took it.

Main issue was my room way right by front door so ear plugs needed but worse was due to the old windows every body who had a cigarette by the front door the smoke and smell went straight into my room it was foul. 

So if you don't mind no parking, a pain to check in, noisy room and the stench of cigarettes then this is for you

Don't bother

Stayed in the Spencer Inn for one night whilst attending an event at Wembley Stadium. Location was good, around 10 minutes walk to the train station. The accomodation itself was very basic but i would say that this is reflected in the price. We were lucky to get parked outside on the drive, however, when we came to leave the next day there was a white transit van blocking the driveway so we couldn't get out. As there is no reception on site, I made contact with the lady who had checked us in the previous day (who sounded as though she'd just woke up) and informed her of the issue.I was less than impressed with her response which was 'There is no one staying there with a white van, I don't know what YOU can do' as though it was MY responsibility to try and solve the issue! I then asked who I needed to contact, the lady then realised that it must've been next doors and said she would ring them. Turns out it was next doors van but the way she handled this situation was totally unprofessional. Luckily we weren't in any rush but we could have been! Will not stay here again due to this reason! 

Fine until we were due to leave! 

Local amenities were good, pity the apartment wasn't.  Stayed in the 4 person room and was surprised that all 3 beds were in the same room.  There was only 1 curtain in the whole place and no TV  Had to hunt around under the stairs to find the router password.  There was also open food in the freezer and cupboards.

Very basic.

Dirty, no curtains and no TV

We stayed here as we're going to an event at Wembley and most other places fully booked. These so called apartments were dirty, everything broken and old food left in fridge and cupboard. This whole place had a seedy feel to it and would never recommend it. The garden was a jungle with old sheets hanging up on the line and rubbish everywhere. Our curtains were held together with cable ties. This place needs a very deep clean and everything needs replacing. The windows need fixing too as some won't open. The pictures on booking.com are VERY misleading!

Appalling!

These are the worst apartments I have  ever stayed in . 
No lampshade on the ceiling light , food left in the freezer and cupboards , toilet seat broken and on floor ,electrical appliances overload , basic cleanliness not adhered to .
