Poor experience staying in Saco Marylebone. Having difficulties in locating the apartment as there isn't any signage, and also couldn't access the main door (have to call the helpdesk as there isn't any reception area), after collect my keys, have trouble to locate my apartment as my assigned room was located at other building, have to move my huge luggage and carry young children in the rain (I would suggest Saco to inform your client about their room/building in advance to simplify the check-in process). I booked via Agoda, in the description it mentioned it has elevator, in fact it doesn't, imaging moving your huge and heavy luggage to 3rd floor via steep and narrow staircase, and with young children. It's definitely not an easy task. So if you are bringing heavy luggage or baby stroller, I won't suggest you this place. Check in time is 4pm, but when I finally got into my apartment, cleaning lady was still there to clean and needed another hour. We have no choice but leave our luggage in the apartment and waited at Costa Coffee shop nearby.

Pros: good location, near to Marylebone station and baker street station, spacious room based on London standard. With kitchen and cookware, and washing machine. Call center staff answer the phone promptly, so still able to get help if there is any question/problem arises.

Cons: Heater not working well, the room is cold. If your room is facing main street, be prepared for noise from street as there isn't any sound proofing done, you can hear noise from street clearly, definitely not good for light sleeper. (no ear plug provided in the room). Staircase only, no elevator.

Poor entry, no lift, noise from street, just good location

Saco Marylebone has a great location but the rooms and the beds were extremely small with some heater problems. Residence manager Lilian and Philip was very helpful in solving all the problems regarding the check-in issues and heating problems that we faced in our first day of arrival. 

Great location but small rooms and beds

Thank you Filipe for everything in the run up to arriving. Great apartment, all very clean. Had everything needed for a business trip. Comfy bed. Good location too. Thank you. Would use saco again for business. 

Great service

Nice apartment well located in Gloucester Place. Hallway a little shabby and requiring some love but rooms itself nice and well equipped. Good services and nice apartment . Short walk to selfridges and other great locations 

Well located apartment

The studio apartment we had was very clean and tidy and the bed was extremely comfortable. Situated 2 minutes from Baker street station and a supermarket around the corner too. 

Bad points:
- Checkin process is abnormal as there is no one there to greet you. You need to use a system of codes to access the door and key box and then depending where your apartment is, you might need to change building. 
 - Only one set of Keys was given, there was two of us and we would have liked the freedom of having our own key
 - At night the road noise is very loud. Saco did provide one set of ear plugs between 2 people...which seems pointless.
 - Bathroom was nice and clean but the shower head was blocked full of limescale and the shower head bracket was damaged to the point it could not hold the shower head. you either had to balance it or hold it when using it - complete nightmare and very frustrating considering how easy it would be to fix!



Clean, Tidy and comfortable.

 .... like details of how to access apartment ... a shower that ran very hot or cold ....  
So ... check you have the welcome email before you show up! (Otherwise entry feels most confusing .... as no identifier on the outside as to the 'right' location ... And check the heat of the water before you stand under it!

The calls to saco to resolve above 'details' were all friendly. professional, helpful and I believe saco are doing a good job! (in fact won an award while I was there!)  Beautifully maintained, decorated - simply white, good standard of everything ;-) (mostly!).

Other people have mentioned street noise (hence thoughtful earplugs ..) - yes, some busy-ness - it is central London! - and I was not bothered at all (with earplugs in) - bed beautifully comfortable and glorious big sash windows with morning sun :-)



Generally all good - except some 'small' meaningful stuff!

Good location, flat was ideal, others have moaned about noise from the street but I slept like a log. Everything you might need is a short stroll away. 
Make sure you have breakfast at Fischer's on Marylebone High St. 

Great stay

Well furnished and a comfortable bed but no sound proofing and a street used by boy racers made sleep hard to come by, even with the earplugs supplied.I'd avoid this place until they do some double or triple glazing.

Nice apartment but very noisy

As a Business traveller i have stayed in many apartments over the years - this one was absolutely excellent. Facilities were modern and good quality. Rooms spotless and the managment were courteous, professional and highly efficient. 

Brilliant - 6 week stay

Great studio apartment.  Excellent facilities and a great place to stay.  The kitchen is fantastic and is great to cook in.  The only improvement would be a small 2 seat sofa ad then they would be perfect.
