When it was described as "budget" I didnt expect anything fancy, however I also didn't expect to find a mouldy bathroom, a toilet that leaks and no room to actually get in the shower. The room was massive and the bed clean but despite a massive wardrobe , so no where to hang anything as it was screwed shut and no plug sockets matched so too scared ro use them incase they blew the electrics The rooms are in consistent which isn't a surprise for London terraces but at least have the same products...so no tea /coffee set in our room but there was in my friends room. I tried to call reception but no answer and when I did speak to someone all the said was sorry.. For £30 more on the price I could have got a brand name hotel up the road.
