I stayed here for 2 nights fr a family event which was excellently managed. In fact, the whole experience was lovely. My room wasn’t air conditioned, but with a fan & the windows open, I was quite comfortable My greatest praise though is for the staff. Every single 1 of them was polite & charming & couldn’t do enough for us Durrants may not be as swanky as some London hotels, but that is in its favour in my opinion.
