We got to the hotel after an overnight flight. Our room wasn’t ready, but bag storage was provided, so we couldn’t explore the area. Check-in staff was professional and efficient. There was an initial issue with one double bed, as opposed to two single beds in the room. However, it was successfully resolved by the desk clerk. The room was small (as expected), well equipped with coffee and tea in-room facilities. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Our window view was a brick wall. Not an issue, but if you want a better view request it when you book. The breakfast area was staffed by a professional and VERY efficient staff. The food selection was excellent, and plentiful. Kudos to the breakfast staff! You had to climb a small flight of stairs to access the lift. No issue for us, but could be for people wirh mobility issues.
