Location - a 10 min walk to Waterloo tube/train station and a 20-35 min walk to all the major attractions. Room - modern, clean and comfortable. And quiet if you keep the window closed. Glass bottled water is provided (I always pack my own water bottle when travelling) and there's also a pod coffee machine. Staff - front desk and porter when checking in were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast - if you sign up to be a H10 member, you can get the abundant, breakfast buffet for 50% off at 13 pounds. Well worth it! We didn't purchase the breakfast when booking. Check out the Sky Bar on the 8th floor at sunset to get a great view of the city. Only went there for a few pics, didn't stay for drinks (we were jetlagged and had just arrived that day). I don't think the staff cared for that.
