I was very dissappointed with my stay at premier inn at Rainham the room was dirty smelt of ciggarete smoke i had to leave the window open all night to help to get rid of the cigarete smoke smell. Also 1 curtain was on the floor so i had bright sunlight coming into the room very early in the morning.

The location is very convenient and easy to find. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. It's generally quiet and some rooms overlook  the golf course. We visited the pub/restaurant a couple of times. The breakfast is great. The loaded nachos bar meal was cold and covered in gloopy sauce. The fish pie  was very tasty. Service was variable.

As a stop off hotel by busy motorway, I wasn’t expecting much. I actually found it very clean and comfortable, also peaceful. It had everything I needed. 

Better than expected

Room was advertised with no air conditioning. It was only around 19-20 degrees (possibly even cooler during the night) but the thermostat in the room indicated rising room temperature up to 26.5, which indicated heating was on and there is no way to turn it off. Asked the front desk staff and was told you can only turn the temperature up but not down unfortunately. Made it very difficult to sleep

Room was cold on arrival so I turned the heating up but nothing happened. I went out for a few hours and returned to find the room 1 degree colder. At 5am the heating finally clicked on and the heater buzzed constantly waking me up. The clicking and buzzing continued until I finally turned the heater off. So it became a choice of heat vs sleep but not both.

Stay ruined by heating.

Hotel itself is ok and breakfast is good.
Carpets are tired and worn  and the hotel very much needs an update. Unfortunately not the same standard of other Premier Inns I have stayed at.

Postive - Only around 30 minutes away from London.

Van drivers need to avoid this hotel if on business as it is being targeted by thieves!

Hotel and pub next door not very helpfu even though they have said vans are being targeted on a regular basis at this carpark.

If you want your van and belongings to be in one piece do not book this hotel as it is not recommended.

Van drivers be very careful.

Stayed here for two nights working in the area. Unfortunately my van was broken in to on the second day at 13:00 in the afternoon. Nobody seemed to see anything with no help from the police or the Premier inn. A lot of damage to my van and all of my power tools stolen. Having returned to the reception the next day it was established that cctv footage is available but only the police can request this. I've constantly phoned the met police for an update but still waiting days later. I wouldn't stay here again as apparently this happens on a daily basis. Also reading previous reviews concerning this if you've got a van DON'T STAY HERE.
I wish I checked these reviews before booking.

Had a lovely night stay,receptionist 
very professional  quick and easy check inn. All staff are amazing in hotel and restaurant. Everything perfect. The car park had enough spaces. Very clean and comfortable room . Would definitely go back

I'll stay there again

Everything about the London Rainham Premier Inn hotel was exceptional. Great location,the rooms have been comfortable and immaculate. Excellent service ,professional and friendly staff!Definitely will stay again!Highly recommended!

Great stay

Reception team  were very friendly.
Room was very comfy and clean.
The Manager was very helpful when we had  family emergency. 
I will be using this place as my holiday home whenever I feel like I need a break.
Who can now afford to travel abroad? However this place is very convenient for a getaway
