What was good

Not a whole lot as it was very disappointing

What was bad

From check in it was a let down. Booked a standard room with window and breakfast. Checked in at 2:30 and was greeted by a lady who spoke very little english and was very hard to understand due to the language barrier. we got the room key we had to find our own way around the hotel to find the room as wasnt given any direction at all. Once we got into the room the temperature was unbearable, the heating was set to maximum and there was no way of opening the window, thought thats fine will turn the heating down and went out for the rest of the day. When we got back the room was still majorly hot as clearly the ac doesn’t work. The bed was so hard it felt like sleeping on a sheet of cardboard on the floor and a constant drip from the shower causing us to have the worst night sleep in a very long time. In the morning went down for breakfast to find out it was only the continental breakfast included and would have to pay extra for the cooked breakfast which we declined. The continental breakfast was very limited to toast, 2 cereals and croissants so very appalled by the whole experience. On check out there was a couple who had an even worse of a night than us and it seemed we had a luxury time compared to the other couple. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL

It is a perfect mark. If I have to go back in London, I will come back in this hotel without hesitation. The staff was great, the room (even if it was without windows) was perfect (I loved the bathroom by the way)... For the price, there is nothing but good to say about this hotel.
