I can't fault the staff at this hotel. They made our stay very pleasurable indeed. Nothing was too much trouble and any issues were resolved professionally and efficiently. The room was huge for a standard double and the bed was very comfortable. Amenities were sufficient and the view out the window was lovely for a London hotel. There was a lovely buzz throughout the hotel with people coming and going for events that didn't intrude on our stay at all. Nothing nosey went on despite there being lots going on. The breakfast was superb, fresh and tasty produce. Having free parking was also a major bonus. I was staying at the hotel with clients from Ghana and so the style.of house and their grounds were really something special for them. For the price we paid we got more for our money than we ever expected. Overall a wonderful choice of hotel, one I will definitely book again. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable.
