Always great stay and customer service. We book Hilton Hyde Park and the room was terrible and had to switch to Double Tree Hilton down the street. Elisa helped us with our reservation and check in. She made everything seamless and was so friendly. The hotel is in a great location and the rooms are clean. The staff at the front desk are so lovely and helpful. The restaurant staff is also very sweet.
