What was good

Reception staff were welcoming, polite and helpful. We had an accessible room on the ground floor, the room was spacious and clean, the bed was comfortable and we weren’t woken by other guests. Location was perfect for us, just a short walk from Euston train station. I would recommend this hotel and we will be looking at staying in this hotel when we next go to London.
