What was good
Hotel room was clean and airy, bed was so nice and comfortable. Lots of towels and toiletries. Spa facilities good too, lovely relaxation room, sauna and steam room were great. All staff welcoming.
What was bad
No hot water in shower or bathtub only the sink. Mini bar prices quite high. £3.50 for a Kitkat! The statue in the lobby could be seen as racist so might be an idea to paint over it or remove it. Would have been nice if the spa had a hot tub/jacuzzi. Breakfast wasn’t great. Fruit was nice and fresh though.
