We arrived on 25th October at 8pm and left by 5am on 26th October.  The apartment was the worst experience we've ever had.  It was filthy, very tatty the furniture was disgusting, the bed in the master bedroom was disgusting.  Both the bathrooms looked like they hadn't been cleaned for over a year.  The bedroom furniture was broken.  The paintwork was filthy dirty.  There were dirty clothes left in the wardrobe of my kids room.  The lighting was terrible.  We paid £477 for 3 nights.  I feel totally robbed.  DONT stay there!!!!!  The curtains looked like they had been screwed up and used to wipe the floors with.  Never again. 

Never Again

I have never had to walk away from a place but there's always a first. Dirty linen, dirty bathroom,dirty walls floors etc. Trading standards need to visit this hole of a place. Fire alarm gone. Exposed live wiring in the shower area. The place us unsafe. Our dogs have a higher standard of accommodation. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE as this is what you are likely to catch if u aren't electrocuted first. Minging

Unclean unsafe

Area- full of flesh hunting locals that remarkably look like the creatures from 'the hills have eyes'
Hotel- made me believe that my sins had caught up with me and I had reached the gates of HELL... But on a positive note (as quoted by the 'thickest' receptionist in hotel history) breakfast was being served from 5 till 5 in the morning... Even though they didn't even do breakfast lol.... There wasn't even a cafeteria 😂.
The hotel corridors looked as if Ted Bundy had been through them with an axe.. My eyes were bleeding from the devastation
The rooms looked as if they had just survived the war... Only just... With, only one, bulldozer going through it.
The staff were charming... Getting told to 'clear off' at the end of our stay really made us glad to be alive. 
I recommend any person that suffers from any form of depression or heart problem to stay as far away from this hotel (and area) as possible because you will be playing Russian Roulette with your lives.... Prays go out to all the fallen souls 🙏🏽

The worst accommodation I've ever seen! En suite was filthy - mould everywhere, mirror not cleaned. So dirty we did not use it at all. Main bathroom slightly better, but still mouldy and gross. Service atrocious, neighbourhood felt unsafe 

Atrocious 

I booked these apartments for colleagues attending a conference nearby. I naively trusted the reviews on Laterooms of which i will never do again. The lady that stayed there was horrified to find a filthy dirty apartment in a very run down building and what felt like an unsafe area. On arrival the front door lock was hanging off, light fitting were hanging out of the ceiling, walls and carpet were soiled, the bathroom was mouldy and filthy, the kitchen was also dirty and the oven had never been cleaned. Having just joined the company my colleague decided to stay in the apartment for 1 night which led to her getting bed bites from the bed. Needless to stay she didn't stay another night. We spoke to the concierge and he was rude and defensive. The apartment is not fit for purpose and should be condemned.
