Excellent stay. Very close to Waterloo Station. Nice hotel. Friendly & helpful staff. Hotel well appointed and maintained. Room cleaned daily to a high standard. Good breakfast. Convenient to Tourist Attractions in London. Short walk to waterloo Station for underground and buses stop outside hotel. Would definitely recommend a stay if you are going to London

Excellent hotel

Stayed in room number 6, ground floor. Room was clean, view out of the window is of a wall, window does not open, staff were helpful, can keep bags for you, located near Waterloo station. 

We only stayed 1 night arriving late so was all fine for us. Had the usual Premier Inn style room that does the job well, if staying longer than a couple of nights then maybe upgrade to a room with view. ***In summer this room will will be hot so the air con will need to be on, it was quite warm without any heating and this was in November***

Great stay at this hotel. Breakfast very good lots of choices. Staff very accommodating brought us an extra duvet requested by my daughter. Luggage store very useful. Location of hotel perfect for exploring London. Very close to the underground. We had a fabulous view of the London eye as well.

Enjoyable stay.

The hotel is in an ideal location, right near waterloo trainstation enabling you to visit other parts of London also. It's so close to famous iconic attractions like the London Eye, Big ben etc. It has shops and eateries in close proximity and virtually everything you need or want to do is in walking distance. There's a tour bus stop located across the road and has optional times of departure. The hotel itself is outstanding with beautiful, clean and modern rooms. The view from the hotel room we had in particular was breathtakingly beautiful, with floor to ceiling window it looked out over to the London Eye, big ben, houses of Parliament, etc, this was intensified and even more beautiful on an evening when all lit up in the dark. You could lay in the comfort of the bed and watch the London Eye go around. The staff go above and beyond to accommodate you and make your stay absolutely flawless! The breakfast was delicious and alot of options with regards to cooked/continental. The menu for lunch/dinner also has a great selection. We regularly use Premier Inn when traveling for business and pleasure, this is by far the best experience we've ever had to date.

Best Premier Inn!

Very well-located, and service-oriented hotel.
The room I stayed in was impeccably clean and spacious, with a bed that was beyond comfortable. The mattress was firm yet soft, and the pillows were perfect for a good night’s sleep, Breakfast offered a variety of options,Dinner was equally impressive.

Excellent hotel located in a good position to visit the city, close to various means of transport.
Excellent international breakfast, clean and well-equipped rooms, with TV, professional hairdryer, shampoo and shower gel.
The soundproofing of the rooms is excellent and you sleep well.
It is not the first time I have stayed at a Premier Inn and I have always found it good

excellent value for money

Great location, only a few minutes walk from Waterloo Station. Close to Westminster bridge. Worth booking a breakfast to get a deal on a evening meal. Beds comfortable, clean room. Hard working staff. Stayed here when the minnesota vikings played at tottenham stadium. Will definitely book here again, can't fault the place to be honest. 👍

Great hotel

Location was great to access the places we wanted to visit. Underground and station within 5 minutes walk. Staff were friendly and efficient. Rooms (and beds!) comfortable. Breakfast great value for money! Would choose to stay here again when in London!

Convenient location & comfortable stay!

Clean quiet room, comfortable bed with spare pillows if required. 
Excellent location close to underground for what we wanted to get to main attractions and theatres.
Nice breakfast with vegan options which is what I wanted.
Late checkout before 12pm.

Excellent

I was a bit apprehensive about staying at a Premier Inn but it was very good. The room was on the 9th floor so there was a view. The room was very clean. Comfy beds and a great walk in shower. Breakfast was very good unless you are looking for a big continental selection. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The bar is only open until 11 pm so a fridge in the room would have been nice  for a drink before bed. The location is fantastic. 5 minutes walk to the tube station, London Eye and Westminster Bridge. There are also a few bars nearby. I would certainly stay there again.
