Stayed in room number 6, ground floor. Room was clean, view out of the window is of a wall, window does not open, staff were helpful, can keep bags for you, located near Waterloo station. 

We only stayed 1 night arriving late so was all fine for us. Had the usual Premier Inn style room that does the job well, if staying longer than a couple of nights then maybe upgrade to a room with view. ***In summer this room will will be hot so the air con will need to be on, it was quite warm without any heating and this was in November***

Room Number 6, Premier Inn London Waterloo - Westminster Bridge Hotel, London in November

Advertised as rooms with a view, we were provided with one with a view of a wall and a blanked out window. Security is none existent. You can walk in of the street to the rooms without challenge. The food is cold and the staff all look like they would rather be anywhere else. 
Hairdryer was shorting out and couldn't switch of the water fully from the shower so had to listen to it running all night.

First and last visit here

Great stay at this hotel. Breakfast very good lots of choices. Staff very accommodating brought us an extra duvet requested by my daughter. Luggage store very useful. Location of hotel perfect for exploring London. Very close to the underground. We had a fabulous view of the London eye as well.

Enjoyable stay.

The hotel is in an ideal location, right near waterloo trainstation enabling you to visit other parts of London also. It's so close to famous iconic attractions like the London Eye, Big ben etc. It has shops and eateries in close proximity and virtually everything you need or want to do is in walking distance. There's a tour bus stop located across the road and has optional times of departure. The hotel itself is outstanding with beautiful, clean and modern rooms. The view from the hotel room we had in particular was breathtakingly beautiful, with floor to ceiling window it looked out over to the London Eye, big ben, houses of Parliament, etc, this was intensified and even more beautiful on an evening when all lit up in the dark. You could lay in the comfort of the bed and watch the London Eye go around. The staff go above and beyond to accommodate you and make your stay absolutely flawless! The breakfast was delicious and alot of options with regards to cooked/continental. The menu for lunch/dinner also has a great selection. We regularly use Premier Inn when traveling for business and pleasure, this is by far the best experience we've ever had to date.

Good localisation, near big ben underground and bus stop.
The breakfast was very good and hotek provid vegan vegan sausage and vegan bacon.
 Good for family with little children. 
The price could be good if your book in advance even in holiday vacation.

Family stay

Very well-located, and service-oriented hotel.
The room I stayed in was impeccably clean and spacious, with a bed that was beyond comfortable. The mattress was firm yet soft, and the pillows were perfect for a good night’s sleep, Breakfast offered a variety of options,Dinner was equally impressive.

Excelence

Excellent hotel located in a good position to visit the city, close to various means of transport.
Excellent international breakfast, clean and well-equipped rooms, with TV, professional hairdryer, shampoo and shower gel.
The soundproofing of the rooms is excellent and you sleep well.
It is not the first time I have stayed at a Premier Inn and I have always found it good

excellent value for money

Great location, only a few minutes walk from Waterloo Station. Close to Westminster bridge. Worth booking a breakfast to get a deal on a evening meal. Beds comfortable, clean room. Hard working staff. Stayed here when the minnesota vikings played at tottenham stadium. Will definitely book here again, can't fault the place to be honest. 👍

Great hotel

Location was great to access the places we wanted to visit. Underground and station within 5 minutes walk. Staff were friendly and efficient. Rooms (and beds!) comfortable. Breakfast great value for money! Would choose to stay here again when in London!

Convenient location & comfortable stay!

The location is a huge selling point of this hotel. 
The receptionist were not welcoming, had to ask how to find our room, group split. 
Breakfast service was slack, very slow to replenish, staff not welcoming, guests sitting where they like without giving room numbers, totally disorganised.
