302 reviewsWe have been visiting London for over 50 years and this accommodation is possibly the best we've ever stayed in. OK the double room turned out to be twin and there is no TV and there aren't full hotel facilities but the room was quite large, the beds comfortable, the shower and hot water great Our shower room was level entry whell chair adapted. There is oodle of storage as students live there 39 weeks at a time, good lighting, both overhead and task, and a fan. There are lifts and access to a shared kitchen with fridges, kettles, a microwave, two ful stoves with hos and oven and crockery and cutlery.We both have (different) medical diets so not having to eat out every meal was a complete bonus. But the best thing isits location just offthe south of trfalgar Square. Everywhere we would want to go, the National Gallery, Royal Acadamy and most west End Theatres are within walking distance. There is a Tesco Express just by the square to get your milk and croissants, severalrestaurants , includung a very good pizzeria which does do takeawaysand a couple of pucongenial pubs. If you want to go further it is close to Charing X main line and tube
