What was good

The hotel is very close to Paddington metro station, a plethora of restaurants near by, extremely convenient location The ladies that prepare the breakfast are the sweetest, the breakfast room has limited tables therefore customers should go early if they want a more quiet environment. Breakfast was really tasty, balanced between healthy choices and the marvelous sweets we all loved. Everything in the room worked properly, the bedding felt great, clean and fresh. Hot water in the shower and really enjoyable in general. Underneath the hotel there's a metro line and when it's really quiet, some noises can be heard. Other than that, the room was big, clean and the beds were comfortable The cleaners are the true ornaments of the hotel, all amazing ladies, did an excellent job at keeping our room clean. We are completely satisfied with all the employees of the hotel. They answered all our questions, they are the best.

What was bad

I would prefer if the metro sounds could be eliminated, but it's just a minor detail. Dolphin Inn overall is a great choice, it met our expectations and we would definitely go back.
