Such friendly staff and the room was a good size with a comfortable bed. The food was ok but the dining room chairs were all so badly stained that they looked filthy. We could find a single chair which wasn’t covered in marks. Not a good reflection of hygiene standards they probably want to demonstrate.

Good value room with easy bus connections to T5.

One night stopover before flying from Heathrow Terminal 5.
Good bus service between hotel and terminal 5 - frequent and quick.
Hotel very clean. Staff were efficient and friendly. 
If you buy the meal deal for dinner and breakfast, make sure you tell the waiter when you order so there is no confusion about wine etc. Other than that a very pleasant stay.

Great preflight stopover

What a wonderful Evening spent well at the Primiere Inn, I Had the MOST AMAZING NEGRONIS from James, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE from Alison and a DELICIOUS MEAL from the chefs. Can't wait to come back to try more.

AMAAAZZZIINNGGG TIME

I booked a room here before flying out and what a fantastic choice it was! From start to finish the whole experience was amazing. I booked us a premier plus room which was definitely worth the extra £10. The room was very clean, decorated tastefully and the bathroom was spotless.

We went down for a drink and decided to grab some dinner aswell. The waiter was super friendly and helpful- we ended up having the meal deal which was brilliant value for money and included breakfast the next morning.  Couldn't fault the food - especially the steak. Alot of places mess a steak up but this was cooked perfectly. Breakfast the next morning was just as good - lots of options.

The staff were always so friendly and helpful. Everything was clean. We even saw one lady who was working on reception go out of her way to pick up a leaf that had blown in from outside!

Absolutely fantastic stay

Good enough for an overnight stay. We arrived late and left early. You can tell that this hotel gets a lot of traffic, rooms looking worn but we needed clean beds and a clean bathroom, can't beat it for the price I paid. My husband dropped the family before returning the car rental at Enterprise, which happened to be on the same road, he just walked back after dropping the car. We left early around 0530 and waited for the public bus across the road, by the time it came to us it was full. There was a private driver across the road, he must be there every morning catching the desperate overflow that miss the bus, we bargained a reasonable fare to terminal 5, he must be making a killing!

Good enough for an overnight

The exterior is looking a bit tired, but hotel and room was clean enough. Everywhere was clean, but looks like this hotel could be ready for a refurb. 
Breakfast and dinner were both good, but our room smelt strongly of cigarette smoke which just took the edge of this stay

Smoke gets in your eyes (and up your nose)

Very practical and excellent hotel close to terminal 5 stayed the night to catch flight the next morning. Very hospitable reception staff and helpful who helped us with early check in,greeted kid warmly with sweets.functionsl restaurant and decently priced parking facility.

It’s all a con just like a budget airline , my room was ready on arrival but because I was 45 mins early it was either pay £10 for early check in even though the room was ready or sit in the bar area with everyone waiting for the 3pm check in then join s long queue, room was on ground floor so no privacy and had to keep curtains closed as viewed the car park. Cleaning staff cupboard was close by and they did not have inside voices but liked to shout. Parking was extortionate at £18 per 24 hours, I stated a few hours less than 24 hours but still charged £36. There was a sofa in my room and it was filthy , I won’t stay again and my expectations of premiere inn are very low .

A con

One of the best premier inn’s I have stayed in. 
Hotel in a great location for Heathrow T5 with buses on the doorstep. Hotel was clean, well looked after. 
All staff were so friendly and happy and couldn’t do enough for you. Someone always in reception to ask for bus timetables or restaurant reservations they offered to do for you. 
Food in restaurant was what you would expect from pub food, plenty of choice at a reasonable price and cocktails 2 for £14 between 5pm and 7pm for a pre-morning flight tipple. 
Waiters and staff really lovely. 
Breakfast was buffet style but cooked well, all items were there hot and cold and choice of drinks all replenished. 
Overall, lovely atmosphere and experience. Thank you to all the staff who make it this lovely chilled, happy atmosphere.

Probably one of the best premier inn’s I’ve stayed in

The staff are so friendly and helpful! The hotel is perfectly located and the restaurant is beautiful! 

The rest is as you’d expect for a premier inn. My only complaint is the family room was rather cramped with the put up bed but is not really an issue and the friendly staff out weigh that one negative!
